Dr. Teixeira and Michelle are the best! I've been coming here for over 20 years! I currently have two dogs and two cats. Dr. Teixeira is competent, compassionate, and pragmatic. She doesn't push expensive tests or procedures. She is also funny and kind. We love coming to see her!

Dr.T is the most personable and knowledgeable vet we have ever used. She loves her patients and spends time with us going over any and every question when we come in. Even with the extra time spent with her clients, the price is extremely reasonable and affordable and we never get overcharged or gouged for anything like other vets in the area. Other family members use Montrose and have had the same experience, cannot recommend Dr. T and Montrose enough.

We have been going to see Dr. Texeira for about seven years now for our pack of pups. One of the best vets in the area by far. One of our rescue dogs is extremely reactive due to the abuse she suffered in her early life. Dr. T has been the only vet who has taken the time to help us manage these behaviors and coach us through how to keep her calm during her visits. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. If you trust your pets to Montrose, they will be in great hands.

Dr. Rubin was outstanding. Did I like what he had to say...heck no. Our beloved family dog is short on time. The way he said it and his empathy is unsurpassed. I have 2 daughters away at college who are devastated..15 1/2 good years so far with our treasured Westie named Snoopy. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice. Thanks again Dr. Rubin for your compassion and professionalism.

Brand new dog owner. First time to the vet with my new 9month old pup. The most lackluster initial checkup experience in which my pet was (understandably) uncomfortable. As such, I literally had to pick up my dog and contain her on my own for the scale & examination table for what seemed to be the most useless, 2 second "checkup". I received no information and/or advice as a new pet owner and had to put in 90% of the effort just for the honor of paying $85 for the experience.... Very disappointed. I don't even blame them for being unable to calm my dog but I've met Petco employees that have done a better job at that..... Additionally, I would have expected more advice, tips, suggestions on pet care based on the fact that I made it clear that I'm a brand new dog owner.... I've received better care advice from people at dog parks! All in all, it felt like a massive waste of money and time in which they provided the MINIMAL amount in terms of service, I received nothing in terms of knowledge/advice, and I had to put in 90% of the effort....... In short, I should've got paid for that experience, not the other way around.....
