My dog had her spayed at this clinic and I absolutely loved it. From the moment we dropped her off in the morning until we picked her up, everyone was very attentive. She had a very smooth recovery and was doing very well with the medications they prescribed after the surgery.

Feb 21, 2025 · Su RodriguesWhat can I say about Low Cost Spay/Neuter. Oakley here was our second animal to be fixed by them and the experience is hands down smooth. They keep you in the loop, the explain everything, and even follow up a few days after surgery. Seemless process, just call early because they get slammed with phone calls.
Mar 11, 2025 · Papa_Izzy 1621Very organized clinic and extremely friendly staff. Overall great experience from start to finish. They too great care of my dog. Very reasonably priced too compared to other vets.
Dec 09, 2024 · Melissa Presson SweattI’ve come here a lot over the years and will start with the positives: cheap services, good mission, and a few great staff members. Recommend going here if your budget is tight, you rescue, or you are just in need of simple procedures and annual visits. We rescue cats and often need discounted basic services when we have new intakes so this place is a good resource sprinkled in with mobile clinics and our regular vet office. I haven’t posted a review about these things yet although some happened over a year ago, I decided to bring them up to front desk staff instead but wanted people to be aware. Some negatives: they lost my grandmothers cat because they did not secure the carrier when bringing him out to her. The cat fell out and ran off. No refund issued, just an apology. We’ve never seen the cat again even with flyers out for months. Thought it was a one time thing until we took one of our cats and they did not secure her carrier either. Thankfully we were inside of the building and were able to get her back into the carrier. Just make sure to double check the carriers when picking them up. When I picked up this same cat from her spay I thought that her silence on the way home was due to fear/still being drugged up but I was wrong. They had tied a piece of fabric too tight around her neck to keep the cone on. She was unable to breathe properly and was woozy from this for an hour after. Always check after their cone ties. I should have learned my lesson that day but kept going to their place of business. Their vet also told us one cat was showing signs of urinary tract failure so we rushed him to a different vet, wasted a lot of money, only to find out that the spot on his belly was from mild skin irritation. Just needed an over the counter ointment. They meant well but the staff member had been a bit rude while telling me about it in their office. Altogether stressful experience, upon speaking to others they often misdiagnose issues like this. Also their wellness hours end at 4pm so if they offer you an appt too close to that time maybe choose a different time. I just ran into this issue today, this isn’t on them BUT if I had realized this when they asked me about 3:50pm for an appt time I wouldn’t have agreed, we ran into construction on the way there making us 10 minutes late so I have to bring my cat another day. Just a warning in case you may live further than 30 min from them and have other commitments making it difficult to leave super early for their appts. Again, this last part is no shade to employees but I was not aware that the vet left promptly at 4pm and there were no other employees certified to give shots, at my regular vet the techs are certified to give shots and often do. Don’t want someone else to experience this since there is a $10 rescheduling fee. Edit to add: I just rechecked my paperwork for the $10 rescheduling fee they charged and there was a $10 credit on the account but they still charged me, now there’s a $20 credit on the account. Make sure you check your bills over as well. Best of luck!
Mar 25, 2025 · Zoe KiserI first found out about Low Cost when I started fostering dogs. I had no idea how accessible their prices were! It's been a long time since I had a cat and someone dumped 3 cats in my neighborhood. I was able to get friendly enough with one to catch him. They fixed him AND provided meds(rabies, combo testing, feline leukemia etc) for like $150!
