Moffat Kelly DVM

I can't say how well Dr. Moffat treats animals because despite being desperate for help I was unable to see her. What I can say is that how people are treated by the office is terrible. After spending an hour filling out a badly formatted questionnaire about my pet's behavior issue, three calls to the office and scanning the paperwork I have they still wanted more paperwork that didn't exist. I would have had to see another vet get the paperwork to see this vet. When I finally found a way around the woman taking my calls in the office who stonewalled me, I found out that there was a SEVEN MONTH wait. People that need a pet behaviorist are often upset that their pet is unhappy and have often tried a lot of things before reaching out to a specialist. Having high demand is understandable, but wasting my time, frustrating me further and having a completely uncaring person answering the phone isn't.

The front office person that answered the phone was so horrible! She was unsympathetic, not forthcoming with any information regarding any questions I asked about dr. moffatt and the Behaviorist appointments or process, talking to other people in the background frequently, and rude. She didn't appear to really care about anything to do with me, my dog, or why I was interested in making the appointment.....I don't expect her to chat away with me but she was robotic and uncaring. She had me crying and didn't care. For more information and details see my yelp review. Dr. Moffat is awesome ! She has been seeing my dogs for 20 years, and I totally trust her. She is very knowledgeable, and always takes the time to listen.

This is the only licensed pet behaviorist in Arizona she is amazing and wonderful she helps me with one of my dogs that had an idiopathic tendency
