I was able to schedule without waiting weeks or being turned away completely (as other vet offices were apparently too busy to help). Thank you Rose for being so kind on the phone. They were very accommodating, patient, and caring as I lost my best friend of 16 years. They allowed me time to say goodbye, let me carry him out to their van, and when I couldn’t let him go, I asked them to retrieve my husband to help me and they kindly complied. It was quick and I got to say goodbye to my angel right in my own living room. Thank you, Dr. Nicki and especially her wonderful assistant, for everything you did for me that day. It was one of the worst days of my life but you did everything you could to make it bearable.

This was our first experience with using a mobile vet. Very sadly, it was to say good-bye to our beloved little Morkie, Chanel, who was 17 years old. When we need to go through this difficult experience again, we will definitely use Dr. Gambitta. Using her service was so much better than making the painful and dreaded drive to the vet hospital (and then having to drive back home) at such a trying time. She was kind, respectful and discreet in making our situation as comfortable as it could be made. We're very thankful for her compassionate service.

This was our first time using Dr. Nicki and we are so grateful we found her. She and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring and compassionate. I called to arrange having our sweet Lab, Marley, put to sleep and they arrived within two hours. We miss our girl so much, but we are pleased Dr. Nicki could give her the dignified and peaceful ending at home that she deserved. We received Marley's ashes back quickly in a beautiful engraved box and a thoughtful card stating a donation was made to Ziggy's Friends Rescue in her name. This is such a kind gesture and we appreciate it so much. We highly recommend Dr. Nicki to anyone who is looking for a vet to handle all of their pet's needs.

I hate to do this but a few weeks ago Dr. Nicki came to see my Luigi at home. He was a sick boy and we opted for mobile vet services due to the stress of traveling with him outside the home. Her exam was minimal at best. He was given a shot for arthritis. I explained he seemed lethargic to me and $400 later I was told his bloodwork was normal with no further explanation or plan of care. Fast forward a few weeks later and we had to lay him to rest. The doctor said his kidneys were small, intestines felt thickened, he was anemic, hypothermic and had an extremely low heart rate. I’m not saying Dr. Nicki could have saved him, however, being a human nurse myself I can say her exam was pathetic. No temperature taken, no weight, didn’t listen to him with a stethoscope etc. If you want to lay your animal to rest in the comfort of your home I’m sure she is great. If you want a thorough doctor for ongoing care I would steer clear. The doctor who put my sweet kitty to sleep said he suspected kidney failure with secondary anemia and probably a critical potassium level. But his blood work was normal? Wish I could get my money back, unfortunately that wouldn’t bring my sweet boy back to me.
