Mission Vet Urgent Care - Blue Ash

We brought our senior dog in with some concerning issues. The techs and Dr. Darling listened to our concerns and immediately got to work trying to figure out the problem. Sadly, our gut feeling turned out to be true, but they gently went through our options. We ultimately, decided to take the humane route and lay our sweet Rory to rest. Honestly, I’m thankful for that to have happened in this environment. We had plenty of time to say goodbye and give kisses to our beloved boy, and the staff was incredibly kind and compassionate. Thank you for being with us to hold our hand through this devastating decision. I’m happy you all got to meet my Rory ❤️💔

I came home from work last night to a dog with two broken nails. A quick call to Mission Vet Urgent Care set me at ease that they could help us out since our vet was closed. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. They took time to get to know my dog, evaluate the situation and explain options. I felt extremely comfortable the whole time, like we had been clients for years. Today the patient is resting comfortably and in much less pain. Kudos to Jada, Lydia and Dr. Metka (I think I got all the names right, sorry if not).

Went in for my dog throwing up and not eating. Possibly due to foreign object in his belly. Toneya (spelling). Dr. Darling and Jordan were great. The wait was long and seemed longer due to being nervous but since my dogs vitals were stable and there are more critical patients. They continued to keep me updated about where we were in line. She Brought my pup a blanket and me water. Very compassionate team who genuinely care. The Dr. explained in layman terms his status while using the X-rays and blood work to reference. Gave him a lot of fluids due to his dehydration which settled in his neck area. Jordan explained why and continued to explain and how it will go away. She calmed me down and made sure all my questions were answered prior to leaving.

Early Sunday morning my cat Lunar had a seizure or some type of episode. Sunday afternoon we had to have him put to sleep. Dr. Darling and all of the staff were very caring and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything. I couldn't afford the whole cost of the procedure but they were willing to work with us and accommodate my family any way they could in this time of need. It meant a lot to me when they were more concerned about the well being of my animals than their bottom dollar. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone for anything. It was a hard time but they were there for us and made it bearable.

We had concerns with our cat and we were able to get in very quickly. The staff was fantastic and friendly. They are able to do all the tests there and while we were there. The price is more than our regular vet but less than an emergency vet. They have fantastic hours 7 days a week. We hopefully won't need to use them again but we would definitely recommend them to everyone!

Loving and caring staff. I was very nervous because our beautiful Leia wasn’t feeling well. Everyone from the staff to receptionist to the vet were extremely delicate and caring not only with our baby but us too. I like that the place have a calming music and everyone in is always very reassuring and kind. Thank you.

This place is a gem!!!! Great care and highly recommend! Our vet couldn’t fit our 14 month old lab in and he needed to be seen urgently for pain and swelling in his front paw! He was promptly seen and treated appropriately and we followed up with his vet a few days later. He has a ways to go before he’s better but due to the quick and aggressive treatment he received at Mission Vet Urgent Care he avoided the loss of 1-2 of his toes!!! Great price and quality care! Definitely will use them in the future if needed!!!
