Gosh. Where do I start? This place was truly a blessing. Their prices were extremely affordable. Especially for X-Rays. I shopped around for a week and no place came close to their prices. I drove all the way from Magnolia, and would do it again, and again. The staff were friendly. The Vet was so knowledgeable and such a sweet soul. They treated us, and my cat with the outmost care. Very little wait time. If you’re looking for an affordable, yet extreme knowledgeable and loving care. Look no further. You have found the place. Thank you again.

Mission Bend Animal Clinic Introduce
Welcome to Mission Bend Animal Clinic, a veterinary hospital located at 7026 Winkleman Rd, Houston, TX 77083, USA. As a provider within the Hospital category, Mission Bend Animal Clinic aims to offer veterinary services to the local community.
Based on one positive customer review, the clinic is noted for its affordability, particularly for services like X-rays, with prices significantly lower than other clinics in the area. The staff is described as friendly, and the veterinarian is portrayed as knowledgeable and compassionate, providing excellent care to both pets and owners. The clinic also boasts a very little wait time, suggesting efficient service.
The services mentioned in the reviews include general check-ups, X-rays, and spay procedures. The positive review highlights the clinic's ability to provide thorough and caring service for these needs. However, a contrasting negative review details an experience where a pet was returned after a spay appointment sitting in its own urine without any apparent attempt to provide a clean environment during recovery. This suggests a potential inconsistency in post-operative care.
A key feature highlighted in the positive review is the affordability of services, especially X-rays, which may be a significant draw for budget-conscious pet owners. The knowledgeable and caring nature of the veterinarian is also emphasized as a strong point. However, the negative review raises concerns about the level of post-operative care provided in at least one instance.
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available. However, the positive review explicitly mentions "extremely affordable" prices, which could be considered an ongoing feature of the clinic. For local users in Houston, TX, seeking potentially affordable veterinary services, Mission Bend Animal Clinic may be an option to consider. However, it is advisable to inquire specifically about post-operative care protocols. You can contact them at (281) 933-9777 or +1 281-933-9777 for more information about their services and policies.

Mar 13, 2025 · Michelle floresMy dog was very sick. We had tried 2 weeks of antibiotics and steroids but he wasnt getting better, in fact he was worse. He had lost 4lbs in those 2 weeks and was having difficulty breathing. Hector got us in last minute on a Saturday and was so compassionate and genuinely concerned about our Buster. He went above and beyond to comfort not only Buster but myself and my grandson. Hector answered my questions honestly and did not try to suggest procedures that were not necessary, in fact I had asked if Buster needed x-rays and he told me in his opinion no but that would be up to the doctor. I was so emotional as we have had Buster 9 years and he is family, Hector continued to say comforting words and staying so positive throughout our visit. Right now we are still waiting on test results but Hector sure made out visit a little easier. THANK YOU HECTOR the world needs more people like you😊
Apr 13, 2025 · Barbara BurtonThis is a great affordable clinic to get your cats spayed/neutered. I have a total of 3 cats spayed and neutered all successful and safe operations. They have also gotten their vaccines here. ***when you bring the cat home post surgery. (thoughts from my personal experience #notadoctor #justapetowner)**** If you release your cat within the 2 hours of bringing them home, they will be scared and run wild and will try to jump and run even though the vet advised you to not have your cat do those things. In order to prevent this from happening and other advice considering post spay/neuter -Have a playpen for cats ready. (do not use one that ur cat knows how to open #my cat is smart) -When releasing do it in a small room, bcuz if they run jump it will be in a smaller room and you are more likely to catch them. (Still prevent them from running and jumping) -Have a clean small spacious room ready so that way you can have them separate from other cats -Keep them away from harming objects that can hurt their incisions ******
Nov 21, 2024 · Andrea SaucedoOn Monday, I brought my pregnant and vulnerable dog to this clinic for a spay procedure. She’s a gentle, loving dog, and I trusted them to provide her with proper care during such a sensitive time. However, when I picked her up, I was heartbroken to see her soaking wet, shivering, and clearly miserable. Her entire body—from her face to her legs and stomach—was wet with fluids, saliva, and what seemed like urine. It was evident that she was neglected during her recovery. Instead of ensuring she was dry, warm, and comfortable after surgery, she was left in a state that only added to her distress. She was crying and appeared absolutely miserable. For the hundreds of dollars I paid for this procedure, I expected basic care and compassion for my dog—not to pick her up freezing cold and soaking wet. At the very least, the clinic should have provided her with a towel, blanket, or something to dry her off and keep her warm. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed. I will never bring any animal to this clinic again and cannot recommend them to others.
