I took my dog to this veterinarian because he wasn’t feeling well, and I deeply regret it. When I brought him home, his behavior had completely changed—he was sobbing, panting heavily, and extremely restless. It was heartbreaking to see him like that. Concerned, I immediately called and asked the veterinarian, Anthony, for an explanation. His response? “I don’t know.” That is beyond concerning—how can a veterinarian be unable to explain a drastic change in an animal’s condition, especially when it happened after being in their care? That is literally their job. A veterinarian should be able to explain what happened and why, especially if something they did may have caused it. I asked if I could bring my dog back so they could at least give him something to calm him down, but they refused. They told me I had to wait until the next day, which was completely unacceptable. I had already paid a high amount for their services, yet they showed no urgency or care for my dog’s well-being. I was terrified that he wouldn’t make it through the night—and sadly, I was right. My dog passed away at 3 AM. I will never forgive myself for trusting this place. They don’t care about animals, only about how much money they can make. Please, if you love your pets, do NOT bring them here.

They give you honest opinion and for the MOST part, have relatively low and competitive prices. I take all 3 of my animals and they have been fabulous. From having a farm doctor in Washington, they definitely don't try to rack up your bill, they will tell you the bare minimum needed, especially if you're on a budget. They take CareCredit and they even have an in-house medical coverage!

So I brought GG the dog to the office instead and they still tried to charge me $600. I complained and they dropped the price to $400 with a "credit" for $200. I complained again and they promised to credit my Care Credit card, which never happened. Had to fille a complaint with the credit card people to get my refund.

This is not true. I called another vet hospital while in the waiting room, who easily quoted me for 400$! Why do you guys try to kick the weak when they are down? I Understand you are a business, but at what cost? My dog was in pain & I happily took him elsewhere for the best option for him & myself. Please go somewhere else!
