Mills Animal Hospital Acworth

We had a fantastic experience at Mills Animal Hospital! Erica, the animal nurse, was incredibly sweet and attentive to our dogs, making sure they felt comfortable and cared for. And Dr. Chase. What can I say? She’s absolutely AMAZING! She has cared for our pets before, including our dog Odie, and even early diagnosed cancer in our past two dogs, which made a huge difference. Her expertise and compassion are truly phenomenal. The entire team is wonderful—always welcoming with big smiles and a genuine love for animals. Also, I noticed a big improvement in the smell of the place, which makes the experience even better! Highly recommend Mills Animal Hospital for anyone looking for top-notch veterinary care.

We love the staff and vets here. They are thorough and don’t mind my 100s of questions esp considering we have way too many pets. The front desk staff is very helpful and super prompt. Danielle our vet tech loved on our big baby and made him feel comfortable and he is all set to go back home!

I’m a new client as of today and this has been by far the best experience I’ve had with any vet! Even before my actual appointment I got reminders about my appointment & a link for new patient information that I could fill out to make my visit quicker. Upon arrival we were greeted and the receptionist immediately began putting my puppy’s records in the computer. We were put in a room right away and the vet tech Kayla came in shortly after. She was AMAZING! So friendly and she explained absolutely everything. She even gave him a courtesy nail trim! Dr Chase was incredible. She also explained everything and took time checking my puppy over to make sure he was perfectly healthy. Once my visit was over I received an email from Dr Chase talking about my visit and going over everything done and discussed at our visit. I appreciate the attention to detail and the care every person at this clinic showed towards my sweet Oliver! We will be lifelong clients!

10/10 I will always recommend Mills Animal Hospital! We unfortunately met under not so great circumstances because it’s was our 15 year old pups time to go but the staff and doctors were amazing! They informed us about the whole process, they were very comforting, and they gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. The following day we got a knock at the door and were greeted with a beautiful floral arrangement from the office sending their condolences! It is things like this that show they truly care about what they do and I really appreciate it. ❤️
