First thing out of my mouth when I called for an appointment was that I needed the mobile, in-home service. After taking 15 minutes providing all my information and pet's information, she tried to schedule me for in-office visit. When I again reminded her I asked for mobile service she said I was out of their service area. So if you don't want to waste 15 minutes solely because they have an imbecile as a receptionist that doesn't listen, force that issue first.

She explained what was going to happen, what could happen and reassured us that he would experience no pain which made the process easier for all of us.
Jan 23, 2025 · Susan BelcherDr. Miller has been our vet for 11 years, since our now Senior Dog was a puppy. The entire practice is compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr Miller and this practice are truly exceptional. Our dog started having some complex health issues about 2 years ago. If your pet is a member of your family this practice is the place for you. Recently our dog had a medical emergency the day before a long holiday weekend. Miller said to bring him in right away and was able to treat him. He had to work late just to fit us in. We are so thankful for Dr Miller and his amazing staff.

As a former vet tech myself, I can honestly say he is one of the best veterinarians you’re going to find in the area. He is compassionate and knowledgeable, but never over zealous with his approach to treatment. Our most recent visit, we had Kayla as a technician and she too is one of the best technicians I’ve ever had work with Ellie. All and all this is a phenomenal practice, pets and owners in Cobb county are so lucky to have them here.
