I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this veterinary practice that I feel compelled to share. The whole encounter was a blatant example of how a facility can take advantage of pet owners while providing shockingly inadequate care. First off, they kept insisting on repeating diagnostics, which not only added unnecessary stress for my pet but also led to skyrocketing costs. Instead of addressing the primary reason for my visit, the vet chose to focus on unrelated issues, completely ignoring my concerns and the actual reason I was there in the first place. To make matters worse, they outright refused to provide a temporary medication that had previously proven effective, which had been prescribed by a qualified veterinarian who performed an ultrasound six hours away. I had already spent a small fortune on diagnostics just a week prior, and my bank account was practically drained—I simply couldn’t afford to pay another $1,000 for yet another ultrasound. But instead of offering any real help, it felt like they were willing to let my pet suffer, disregarding my financial constraints and wellbeing. When I expressed my frustration and mentioned that I would seek a different vet who actually cared about my pet's health, their response was shockingly unprofessional. Rather than offering a quick appointment to review the findings of the highly qualified vet with 50 years of experience, they seemed indifferent. It was like they were saying, "Too bad, your dog may get seriously ill, and we don’t care.” This veterinary practice is a complete and utter disappointment. They overcharge for unnecessary services and fail to take their clients’ concerns seriously. Instead of addressing the primary health issues, they focus on unrelated problems that don’t even matter. It’s infuriating to think that they would prioritize their bottom line over the health and well-being of animals. What really gets me is that I had been advised to have a thorough ultrasound, and I had already received one that showed no issues. Yet, they insisted that I needed to have another one done at their facility before they would even consider prescribing a $5 medication that had effectively managed my pet’s condition. There is absolutely no reason why I should be required to go through them for this when I already have a complete and adequate assessment from another qualified vet. It's beyond disappointing to see a practice that should be focused on animal welfare instead prioritize profit. They need to consider the animal's health, the diagnostic history, and the expertise of other qualified professionals. Instead, they are just focused on squeezing more money out of pet owners. What a terrible way to treat both pets and their owners. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and find a vet who actually cares!

To start off, I was very relieved they were open Saturday because my cat had a very infected and inflamed eye from an injury. I am thankful for their service. But, $600 dollars later, they had given him an antibiotic shot, and a shot of sedation to be able to check his eye. They sent me home with pain reliever and eye ointment knowing I could not, nor could they, get anywhere close to his eye. I still can't 3 days later. Now I have to get drops, of which they should have sent with me rather than the ointment. This whole ordeal has been nothing short of frustrating and expensive.

In the past I would have gave them a 5 but now it's to expensive to go there. Most of the time I feel like I spend 1000 and have no answers about what's going on. They usually want to do more tests that cost more. I will miss this vet I've been going there for the past 10 years.

I brought my dog in for an acute visit and the staff was friendly and helpful until the end. I went to check out with the understanding that it was an acute visit and things would cost a little more, I work in healthcare I understand and respect that. but I was charged $46 for a small bandage. The bandage conisist of Coban and a wrapping gauze. ($12 at Walgreens) (likely less than $8 from medical suppliers) I went to drive my pet home and with in the first 2 minutes of us getting in my car the bandage slipped off. So I went back to the clinic just hoping to get assistance with wrapping it up, trying to get the best care for my dog. Once arrived back at the clinic I was told I would have to pay another $46 for materials for them to wrap it again. (Could have even used the same materials they were undamaged) Also while noticing the $30 nail trim I paid for they didn’t even get all the nails. It would have been nice to at least be warned that they were not able to complete it. Instead, it felt like they were just trying to get away with it since it was under the bandage. Meanwhile while waiting to get the bandage redone The front desk assistant accused me of ”not watching my dog” and blaming me for the wrapping coming undone since he could have chewed it off. I had the wrapping with me and you could see no damage to it, it simply slipped off. My dog sits in my passenger seat I had eyes on him the whole time, he also has not and was not messing with the wrapping. I was very upset with the way my dog and I were treated. Everyone else in the waiting room agreed that it was not proper treatment. I was hopeful for this cute place since it’s so close to my home. I thought about establishing cars there for my pup. That is until I went through that check out process. Attached picture is the mail they did not trim.
