I highly recommend this place. The entire staff is professional and go the extra mile including Dr. Carlson. They treat your pet like it was one of their own. I couldn't get into my regular vet and came across this vet for an emergency. Dr Carlson explained everything what was going to happen and very comforting. I was not rushed and it was a quiet place. I would definitely go back here and is worth the drive. I wish I had stumbled upon this place when we first moved to the area

My two favorite veterinarians, Dr. Prior and Dr. Nazzaro, practice at Mill Creek Animal Clinic. The front desk staff is compassionate and helpful. This is the BEST clinic in Utah. Our 2-legged pup and his family LOVE Dr. Prior.

The ONLY thing I didn't like about my recent visit to Mill Creek Animal Clinic is that they don't accept cash payments for any transactions. Also, they no longer have decent seating in their lobby to sit while waiting for the pets to be returned to their owners. It is now winter time, so I didn't want to sit out in my vehicle wasting gas to keep it running while waiting for my pet to be returned to me. So, that left me with no other choice but to sit on their hard, cold bench-like seats as my home is too far to drive from the clinic to my house. Because by the time I would have gotten home it would have been time to turn right around and go back to the clinic. So that's my ONLY "GRIPES" from my recent visit! Ashley, who takes care of my cat, is OUTSTANDING with her and Ashley takes great care of her and shows deep concern for her! She is the ONLY one I have let take care of my fur ball! Change the seating situation for those of us who have bad backs or need better seating that want to wait on our pets to be returned, please and I'll give you guys a 5* rating! And start back taking cash for transactions, too!

Wonderful staff! Actually get back to check on the status of the pets. Great follow through and wonderful compassion. I have onlly had positive experiences with them. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

I took my fur baby in for a dental cleaning, and I am quite pleased with the results! The staff was fantastic!! Dr. Carlson kept me informed throughout his surgery, and I couldn't thank her enough. Dr. Carlson and the Vet technicians demonstrated genuine passion and understanding when dealing with my dog; he has a lot of anxiety and may be challenging, but they were calm with him. I will surely return with my puppy to this veterinary clinic! 🐾❤️
