We had an awesome experience here! The vet was so friendly and really took time to explain everything about my puppies' broken leg. Staff followed up the next day and I was able to figure out my dog was having a reaction to a vaccine she received. They were super helpful and accommodating with all my questions! We will definitely make this our new vet for our other pets too

Was my dog in rough shape? Yes. But that’s why I brought him to the vet. I brought him in to be looked at and got a lecture and talking down to. Then I got charged for it. My dog wasn’t even seen because the dog’s behavior was the worst he’s ever experienced and he gave him sedative drugs to give him for a future appointment but there was no way I was going back so I wasted my time and money! BEWARE of this place !

We love Dr. Frye! He takes time to explain things and make sure you understand what's going on with your pet. So much compassion and caring in him and all the staff! The online portal they use makes communication and appointments easy to use. One of my dogs has Cushings disease and needs med refills every month. The staff makes it quick and easy to go in every month. HIGHLY recommend this vet!!

Very thorough exam. Showed interest in our pet and concern for her comfort and health. Very practical and very good cost. Highly recommend. Update- We have been back several times with our 4 cats. Dr. Fry is extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. We had to have one of our furry friends euthanized. The doctor and the entire staff were comforting and compassionate. The experience was very peaceful.

Dr. Frye is an amazing doctor and amazing with nova. I would recommend him to anyone with animals. She is only to see him and only Dr. Frye. The staff there is so friendly and welcoming. I'm happy to call that novas veterinary hospital 🏥
