Roscoe Zeus was my Veteran service animal and best friend I’ve ever had, for 14 years. His time had come. It has absolutely crushed me. Midway Animal Clinic, Brandenburg Kentucky, the veterinarians and all of their staff were as kind, compassionate, and spoke to me about things on my own level and when there were things I needed help with. They seemed to know already, and they helped me. Of course they did the same for Roscoe Zeus. I have never been through this before, but I can not imagine how any veterinarian clinic could be anymore kind. God bless America, God bless Roscoe Zeus, and God Bless Midway Animal Clinic.

Awful, i would drive hours to another vet before bringing another animal here, and i hope you would to. This isnt the first run around my familys had with this vet office. It started with refusing to give back my sister deceased dogs collar(the only thing she had left) that unfortunately passed away due to the overnight vet leaving without giving him the proper care, to accusing my sister of hurting my great uncles dog after they already said “it was hurt as a puppy and heald that way.” to taking the dog to another room and making her sit there by herself crying trying to get a story because it “doesn’t add up”… my great uncle has only had the dog for 3 weeks and its around a year old already. obviously we don’t know what initial caused the injury. But to sit there and accuse someone of hurting an animal that isn’t even hers and hasn’t had but for 3 weeks is disgraceful.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR PET SOMEWHERE ELSE… If i could give zero stars i would. This place it awful from customer service to the actual care of your pet… for your fur baby’s sake pick a different vet. There is Bluegrass vet in Brandenburg and Roe-Burke Veterinary in Hardinsburg (Roe-Burke doesn’t overcharge for the high quality care they provide)… Blugrass & Roe-burk vet are amazing and will actually take care of your baby and there wellbeing. If you’ve been taking you’re animals here PLEASE consider another vets office. i promise you won’t go back & for the ones that continue to go here I pray for you’re pets wellbeing and that you never have to experience or endure the things I and others have.

My 8.5 month old puppy went in for a spay and died in their care. To add salt to that wound, we wanted to adopt from a rescue. When the rescue contacted the vet for a reference, they were told they didn't know anything about a puppy having died in their care. Additionally, they were also supposedly told that I have 5 animals, of which some are cats and birds. Also, why would you expect a mastiff to live indefinitely? If several years have passed without you seeing a pet, but that customer continues to bring other pets to you, does it not stand to reason that, perhaps, that animal passed away?! We have since changed vets. Upon changing, we found out that our oldest dog had not been vaccinated at the correct intervals, and some were just skipped altogether. If you love your dogs, seriously count the cost when choosing a vet. Take into account the good and the bad.
