Middlebury Animal Clinic

Amazing vet! This vet genuinely loves my dogs as if they were her own. I called her office just 20 minutes before closing time. Despite the terrible weather and everyone probably wanting to go home, my dog was struggling to breathe. Her team immediately said to bring my dog in, promising to examine her right away. When I arrived at the vet, they took her to the back, conducted an X-ray, and thankfully, my dog is doing well. The bottom line is that this vet truly cares, as does her entire office. This level of care from this vet and her team is exactly what dog owners want for their loved pets, who are more than just animals but members of the family. I have also been able to reach out to this vet, and she is always willing to provide advice if my dog is feeling under the weather or if I can't make it to the clinic. We are regular members at this clinic, and they have never charged me for seeking guidance from her. This clinic is pricier than most but I feel the level of care they provide is more than most as well.

Wasn’t able to get into our regular veterinarian so we reached out to Middlebury Animal Clinic and they quickly told us we could bring our Mini Goldendoodle down to have him checked out. Got there and evening walking in the door we were impressed with the clean office and welcoming staff. We were quickly seen and our little Finley got a thorough checkup. We were relieved that it was nothing serious. The entire staff from the time we arrived to the time we left were absolutely incredible you can see just how passionate everyone was about what they do and the care they give to the animals. We are switching full time to Middlebury Animal Clinic for both our dogs, Finley and Cooper (Labradoodle). Thanks for getting us in with no notice and not having been a regular patient!!

We love the Middlebury animal clinic! They really take the time to explain and answer your questions. My pets feel safe with them. They also go the extra mile. I have asked them their advice on a couple of different situations and instead of recommending extra tests they recommended the opposite and said that they could do X-rays if it gave me peace of mind but that it wasn't necessary. I have had the opposite experience at other veterinarians. Usually people wanting to run my bill up. You also get in quickly!

Dr. Grandberg and her team have seen my family through many dogs, rabbits, and an assortment of other pets over the almost 20 years we've been using their services. They have always gone above and beyond to help us when we didn't know what to do, have always made every effort to make room to squeeze us in in an emergency, and have been nothing but graceful and compassionate. This is the kind of place where a vet tech will grab others to come see your excited pooch if they think she's cute (like my Penny!) They obviously love animals and care about what they're doing. Perhaps their prices are at the upper end of the market, but I would happy spend whatever it takes to keep my dog happy and healthy. MAC is the best at doing that in this area. As they mention in many of their responses to reviews here, they are always looking for opportunities to improve. I've had exactly one experience in all my time with MAC that I would consider subpar, which I brought up with Dr. G and was immediately addressed. TLDR: Middlebury Animal Clinic is the best vet my family and I have ever used, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Had to put our family dog of 11 years to sleep. Middlebury Animal Clinic was able to get us in right away and treated us with such compassion from the moment we called to the time we checked out. Thank you so much to all of you that have taken care of our dogs over the years and for giving us special attention when we needed it the most! We’re so blessed to have you in our community!

The absolute loveliest and most caring staff. They went above and beyond with our cat Milo. They were extremely compassionate during such a difficult time for us. We are so grateful and appreciative of everything they did for us and him.
