Middle Tennessee Spay & Neuter Clinic

We brought Luna here to be spayed and the whole experience was pretty seamless for us. We set up a date, and I brought her in that day. Of course she pooped in the carrier on the way, so I had that wonderful surprise to clean up when I got there 🫣 but the staff was kind and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. They explained everything upfront, including costs and procedures so there were no surprises! I got a call about mid day to let me know she was done and in recovery, and once I got there to pick her back up they explained everything I needed to know. I didn't leave with any questions or not understanding anything because everything was explained really well. Fast forward to the next day, they called to make sure she was doing okay after all the anesthesia wore off and things start to go back to normal. I actually really loved this part. She was doing just fine, probably better than ever, but the fact that they called just to make sure, really made us feel like they truly care about the fur babies. Over all this is a really great clinic and they truly care! Luna was doing drunk flips in her carrier while she was recovering. 😅

This place is awesome, my dog got off his leash outside and they came out to help keep him away from the busy street till I got ahold of him. They did the surgery and my dog is very healthy and can no longer hump my other dogs. I recommend you use them and donate to their cause if you can. Great people.

If you looking for a group of people that will love your pet as much as you do I do t recommend you go anywhere else. From initial phone call to their follow up call I knew these people were in it for the love of animals not my wallet. They took time to not only explain things to me but, they took the time to assure my kids everything that was goin to be ok and our Kitty would be well taken care. They did not disappoint… I’d give this veterinarian a 10 if I could. Thank you from my family for taking care of our newest member.

Originally thought this place was amazing. Had a great experience with the first feral male cat that showed up at our house. Ten months later, another unneutered male cat shows up. Out of the kindness of our hearts we pay to get the works done for him. Unfortunately he ran out of the house and into the woods shortly before his appointment. We scoured the woods searching for him, but came up emptied handed. We called to let them know, they said they did not do refunds but the lady said there would be a credit on the account. Lo and behold, yet another unneutered male shows up as the weather is getting colder. We took him inside and tried to make an appointment and use the credit to get this cat help. Only to have Stephanie speak to me very rudely during the setup process, accusing me that I was a no call no show for the last appointment and there was no credit. Which was completely false. I do not have to help these cats, but I do because it is the right thing to do. To speak so harshly to people trying to help an animal is so distasteful. The male veterinarian is a kind wonderful soul. The front staff leaves a lot to be desired. I do not believe we will be back. It’s unfortunate as it is a great service, but not if you’re treated so poorly by the women up front. I know when they read this, they will deny anything was wrong with their attitude. Coming from the other side of the phone though, it was disheartening.

I was really very impressed with the overall experience. I was merely doing a transport pickup for a local charity but I even received assistance with carrying the kitten carriers to my vehicle which was very appreciated. The reception was warm and welcoming and on the ball with the paperwork also. I didn't have to ask for anything or wait. Everything was great. I would highly recommend taking your pet here.
