I’m giving this 2 stars only because Janet is quite possibly the best part of this practice. My dog had TPLO surgery here. On the first visit, Dr Oakley told me he thought my dog had bone cancer and threw me into a full out panic attack. Then they did X-rays and he changed his mind. Then they took fluid off of the knee to check again for cancer, then it came back fine. Then they did the surgery and took bone tissue samples, which were normal via pathology. Then my dog wasn’t progressing as he’d like and Dr Rivas (another good part of this practice) gave him a different medication. We went back AGAIN (this is an hour each way for us) and Dr Rivas saw us first and told me that they would do X-rays that day and that he felt confident there wasn’t cancer because they’ve done all the testing they would and nothing indicates cancer. I go grab coffee while they do the X-rays and Dr Oakley calls and tells me that he thinks it’s cancer and that the X-rays weren’t conclusive to him so he’s sending it out for a priority read. The priority read wasn’t offered to me as an option, nor was it disclosed that it would be $250. I never got a call about the read until way later the next day (it was supposed to be same day) and when I brought up to Dr Oakley he said he’d refund the $250. Great, thanks. He then says he wants to see Diesel back in two weeks. This time I send my husband because I will do anything for my baby- my husband is a bit more level headed. Dr Oakley tells my husband that I never spoke with Dr Rivas, that he thinks Diesel has cancer they “just haven’t found it yet” and consenting to X-rays today will let them see if anything shows up now. So basically, come back every 2 weeks until cancer shows up because he can’t come up with any other explanation as to why his surgery failed. When my husband advised that wouldn’t be happening, he authorized one week of pain meds and said they wouldn’t be seeing him anymore. The feeling is mutual so that’s fine and I would be mad too if I lost a guaranteed $1300/biweekly gravy train. The amount of times this man upset me with baseless diagnosis of cancer and then to call me a liar? Unreal. We spent a SIGNIFICANT amount of money and time with MASH. Also, a second diagnosis/opinion revealed that Dr Oakley was wrong the entire time. So thanks for that, too!

Recently brought my cat here for help and ended up having to put him to rest; staff here definitely made it easier on me and my girlfriend, and they were extremely professional when it came to his care and recovering his ashes. Highly recommend them for your pet.

On 2/14 our baby suffered multiple seizures and our vet told us to rush to Annapolis but CALLED Mash to let them know we might stop if he starts seizing again which he did. That is when me and my husband meet the most nastiest, unmanned, rude , and down right disgusting person I have ever meet! Thank God the vet tech was a sweetheart and we got him meds to make it to Annapolis but by the end of my visit at Mash of it wasn't for the sweet vet tech holding my dying baby I would have told that vile women behind the counter all about herself. Also you heartless wench my baby boy had to be put down . I hope that lady gets fired be she obviously hates animals and should work no where near people ... to the wonderful vet tech thank you for trying to help us I hope nothing but good things come your way

The doggy rehab ladies are so wonderful. Our dog Cooper had a great experience with them over a 6 week rehab process of underwater treadmill, laser therapy, and home exercises following TPLO surgery. Cooper is on his way to a full recovery. I loved getting videos and pictures of his sessions afterwards from them.
