We received incredibly compassionate care at MSU emergency vet. They took our sweet cat right back and treated him promptly and carefully. They explained everything to us step by step and were immensely patient and understanding. Sadly we had to euthanize our precious Smudge but we were comforted by the kindness and professionalism the entire staff demonstrated at every step. I am grateful that I chose to bring Smudge here when he was not well.

Oct 21, 2024 路 Jessica WilsonMy dog received Exceptional care from the Orthopedic Team! He was also seen by cardiology, who was able to work him in the same day after a previously undiagnosed heart murmur was detected. His hip surgery had greatly improved pain management over a previous surgery by a different facility. The team explained his condition and options well. I received communication promptly at all the times I'd been promised updates. Follow up care and suggestions were clearly communicated. Everyone I spoke to from scheduling, reception, doctors, surgeons, students were all wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone for excellent care! 馃挌
Mar 11, 2025 路 EmilyInternal Medicine was amazing. They provided a lot of helpful information prior to our appointments and contacted our regular vet for records. We were actually brought back at our appointment time and didn鈥檛 have to wait. We received prompt treatment, everyone was super kind and welcoming, and we were provided with all information and options along the way to make the best decision decisions for care.
Apr 10, 2025 路 Erin MedellFrom the moment you enter the facility you realize your pup will receive the very best care. I had taken him to another Vet a couple days before and there is no comparison in the level of care my pup received at MSU. They took the time to review the best way to approach his care, then took the time to explain what was done and how to procced with his home treatment. If I could give them 10 stars I would. One happy dog dad.
Apr 07, 2025 路 Raleigh HorneMy dog had issues with his right knee. My primary veterinarian referred me to MSU. I and to wait about a month for his appointment. They evaluated Champ and determined he needed knee surgery. My apt was 4th Dec. And his surgery was Dec 6th. They were very thorough explaining what all needed to be done. Today is 9 Dec, and Champ is doing great. We are very happy with the care he received. I'm looking forward to being able to take the cone off. Champ is a big boy, so his cone is huge. He is starting to get the hang of eating with the cone on. Lol
