Mermaid Vet Hospital

We love this Vet Hospital, They treat my Pug Pearl like she their own dog. They are attentive, caring and very professional. They are a great team from the people at reception through the vet techs and to the wonderful Dr's. My Pearl developed a reaction her eyes were swelling. They took us in without a appointment and treated her, they kept her for 90 minutes. She responded very well to the treatments. The also found a minor ear infection and treated that as well. I could not be more thankful to find this practice for both my dogs ! They are terrific!

I have brought 3 of my cats to Mermaid and I have been shown kindness and compassion every time. It’s clear that the vets and vet techs care about the animals that come to the office. I love being able to make appointments online as well at 8PM when I decide one of my cats needs vet care. It’s always been easy to get in when I need to and while the prices are not low cost, they are very reasonable. Thank you!

My dog got attacked by another dog in the neighborhood and I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr Spencer and the team at Mermaid Vet Hospital. This was our first time seeing a vet in Vero. I really feel like I hit the jackpot on veterinarians. Everyone there is kind, caring, patient and positive. They are responsive. They are accommodating and they really genuinely care. What else would you want in a vet? Here’s a pic of my dog right after the attack. Two weeks later and we can’t even find the wound!!!

First time coming here since we are new to the area.. my dogs are my children and I’m very protective and Leary about the care they receive especially when dealing with a new clinic. However, my first time here was exceptional , the vet techs were friendly and kind. The dr , was very thorough, listened to every thing I said. Answered every question I had, gave me many diff options for treatment and was even very honest when telling me certain things weren’t necessary and I could just keep an eye on it, rather than making me believe I had to pay for and take care of it right away. I appreciate an honest Dr. shows a lot of integrity when the care of the animal is priority over the amount of money that can be made. Also want to add that there have been a few times in the past at diff veterinary clinics where my dog came back out and looked nervous and upset. Today when they brought him back in the room he was bouncing all around and happy as ever! And for that reason we will def be coming here from now on !! Thank you staff at the mermaid clinic! 💜🤗

I can’t thank Dr. Mosites and his staff enough for their dedication and compassion. I had initially taken my dog to another vet when he became ill, but I wasn’t happy with the experience or atmosphere there. When I called Dr. Mosites’ office, he personally called me back to understand the situation better. Even though they were fully booked, they made time to see my baby. He took excellent care of my fur baby and even followed up with a call later that day to check on him. I’m beyond grateful for the care and kindness they showed us. Highly recommend!
