Dr. Lipton and the entire Meridian staff are warm, friendly, helpful and thorough. As a first time dog owner, I have lots of questions. My puppy is fairly mischievous too, and has required more vet visits than perhaps the average pet. They are always there for me and go above and beyond to care for my dog and patiently answer all my questions. They also respond very quickly to emails and phone calls, even after hours, and fit me in when I need a last minute appointment. It's obvious that they are deeply invested in my dog's well-being. Whenever he has had an issue, they always follow up with me the next day with a phone call to check on him. It's so reassuring and appreciated. I know we are in good hands every time I take my furbaby to see the caring team at Meridian. I couldn't ask for a better veterinarian practice to help me navigate the challenges of raising a puppy.

Our dogs have been seeing Dr. Lipton for around 15 years, and the care from Dr. Lipton and her team has been life-changing for both us and our dogs. We were working with Dr. Lipton before she opened her brick-and-mortar location for Meridian Veterinary, and she now has a wonderful well-run practice maintaining the extraordinary personal care Dr. Lipton has always delivered. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their proactive outreach and follow-up after an illness or new treatment for our dogs gives us great comfort and shows Meridian really cares deeply about our four-legged family members.

My experience with this clinic has been disappointing, primarily due to Dr. Lipton's recent behavior. Initially, I found Dr. Lipton to be friendly and helpful, but my perception changed drastically during my latest visit. She exhibited condescending, judgmental, and disrespectful attitudes, which were particularly evident in her prejudiced remarks. During my visit about my dog's health, Dr. Lipton dismissed my efforts, insinuating incompetence and even implying dishonesty about my dog's training, despite evidence to the contrary. Her biases against different cultural backgrounds were clear, as she questioned my ability to care for dogs according to her standards. Her unprofessional conduct and prejudice are deeply disappointing. Due to her closed-minded and biased behavior, I can no longer recommend this clinic and will not be returning.
