We love Doctor Warner and the staff, they are all professional and caring and knowledgeable. We have dealt with them for several years from small animals to large animals and they have the knowledge to do so. Doc has made his share of house calls, don’t get me wrong he may be a few minutes late from time to time but who cares, he’s a vet and sometimes things out of his control happen last minute in the office but we get it. Thank you Doc and staff!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. New Dr. is definitely not like the old one. Was extremely rough with my pup and gave the most bare minimal look at her for her issue. This is now the second time this has happened. Will no longer be giving them my business.

The staff is very kind and they have taken care of my elderly dog, Mousey for years, from her care to boarding her. I highly recommend them.

They saved my sweet boy Smokey's life!! They're very busy caring for the animals so you may have to hold on the phone when calling. I'm sure I wore them out calling twice a day to check on him, but they were always friendly and genuinely cared about him. I will forever be grateful!

They lost my cat in the wall of the grooming area when I came to pick her up from getting spayed. Then they lied to the animal assistance place that I used profanity. I told them they were unprofessional and rude because they hung up after I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting to see if they had gotten her out of the wall. I was told by a man, didn't know who he was, that they'd get my cat out, by setting a trap with food in it. She is a feral cat that was scared and somebody messed up obviously by letting her get away from the cage to the carrier and get lost in the wall. Now they are bashing my reputation to the animal assistance place. Isn't that nice of them? They would rather bash their customer and lie about me and hurt other animals chances of getting fixed rather than being professional and learn from their mistakes. Don't take your fur babies here, they are rude rude rude. Thank God my cat came down on her own. I called and asked if the fire dept could help but they said the Dr. would have to allow it and that he would have to call the fire dept himself. They don't care about how they treat their customers and will lie to protect themselves. I am shocked that they completely lied about my character in a very stressful situation. They need to learn how to handle difficult cats if they are going to take care of them. In response to your response on my review, Aratt covered the cost and they informed my homeschool teacher who does animal rescues that you told them I used profanity and they will not work with me again. I was there to pick up a feral cat and I hear one of your employees state that the "psycho cat got out, bounced of one wall and got into another hole under the tub". I tried to get her out, not understanding how that could happen and you had a busy time with a dog being bathed at that exact time. I was told to call back, which I did 4 times and each time was hung up on after being on hold 15-30 min. How am I to be blamed for coming to pick up a stray cat that we were trying to get spayed, through aratt, who gets donations and I did pay for her rabies and flea treatment, which was low cost. But the number of stray cats in Lewisburg is overwhelming and as a single parent to a special needs adult son, I cannot afford to pay for the 10 feral cats that are at my back door in need of getting fixed. I could just ignore them, let them get hit by cars and continue to breed and spread diseases but I am trying to help keep this a safe neighborhood for everyone. Now you have hurt this relationship for the good of these stray animals. You don't communicate to your clients, I had called and asked if getting the fire dept involved would be helpful and they said it would have to come from your request. When I came to get her, thrilled that I assumed she came down on her own because there is no communication from your staff, just get your cat, then I was given my cat back in the carrier and escorted to the door and promptly, shut out from one of your staff who couldn't even speak the day before to me when I came in, just disappeared behind a door. Communicating to people, in general is a really good idea, it resolves a lot of misunderstanding and assumptions that could be wrong, as your staff may know NOTHING about your clients situations and intentions. As I was also not informed at all about how she got out of the wall, because you all choose to not communicate and it comes across as uncaring and rude, and if it was not intended that way, then I'm sorry for misunderstanding. But yes, aratt told my son's teacher that you said I was using profanity and won't work with these feral cats in need. Which hurts them ultimately in the end. And isn't the point of trying to do this in the first place to help them?
