We've been taking our animals here for 15+ years. We have always enjoyed their caring team. From the front desk to the techs and doctors, everyone is compationate and willing to go the extra mile. They really listen to what you have to say and work with you on what your pet needs. Their prices aren't the cheapest in town but neither are they the most expensive. We've always gotten great care for our pets here.

Ms Paula is NO JOKE!!!! I needed my puppy to be seen ASAP and she made it happen. Dr. John is awesome he got my baby right. If you need a Vet this is it!!!! I have found my baby’s vet and we will be here with any issues. THANK YALL SO MUCH!!

Always a great experience! I’ve never had to wait long with appointments, they get you in a room very quickly! Great staff also. Always greeted w/ a smile. Very informative vets, they take their time and answer all questions. Love this place! 🥰

I am on a business trip and my father came to my home from out of town to stay with my dogs. My 12yr old Yorkie was bitten by a juvenile copperhead yesterday and my father drove her to Memorial Drive Veterinary Clinic because she has been seen there in the past and it was the closest vet. Upon entering the empty lobby he was greeted and asked for the pets name. He gave them her information, told them she’d been bitten by a juvenile copperhead. They pulled her file and he was told they would not treat her because he did not have an appointment. He drove her to another vet a half hour away who did treat her…she died at 3am this morning! SHAME ON MEMORIAL DRIVE VETERINARY CLINIC!! You need to remove the line on your website that says “We believe in treating every pet with compassionate care”. Your refusal to treat my animal cost her critical moments and contributed to her death by delaying treatment. PS: your response to my review is a nice attempt at damage control, but the bottom line is that you refused to treat my dog when my father walked into an empty waiting room and your refusal to treat her contributed to her death.

It was easy to get an appointment when I wanted. My cat had her shots and fecal test. Dr. Trowbridge and her tech were really nice. Dr. Trowbridge answer a question on Harley's digestive problem, and I definitely will try using them.
