I went online to book an appointment with my vet. I accidentally ended up on the McCurdy animal clinic site. Clicked through to book an appointment and pay the fee. When I got to the end I realized it was the wrong vet. Within minutes I was on the phone to cancel the appointment so that I could book with my own Vet. While the receptionist was quite willing and quick to cancel the appointment, she was quite unwilling to refund my fee. She stated that the fee was non-refundable. I asserted my dissatisfaction but they refused to give my money back, even though they provided me no service, and were not inconvenienced. This is completely unacceptable, and is nothing short of theft. They did not lose the appointment as I recognized the mistake as soon as I made it, and cancelled. They lost nothing, but refused to help, and kept my money. This is definitely not indicative of a caring or compassionate staff or facility when they take advantage of a simple mistake and refuse to help fix it. I will definitely not be entrusting the care of my animals to these greedy people. BUYER BEWARE!

Dr. Noah listened to my concerns and was generous with his time. Me and my pet welcomed and cared for. A+ service. Staff was very accommodating and kind, also A+. I could not be happier and they have earned a patient for life.
