We moved here to Alabama in December. All 8 of our dogs have been seen now. All 8 have had dental cleanings. 2 have been fixed. Very Very affordable! I am definitely satisfied with our experiences. In the last 3 years we have lived in 2 other states bc of work. Both we always had to wait for ever for appointments and it cost double the even triple then what I paid here.

They're always friendly, always concerned about whatever issue my cat has and I've never spent too long in the office. A great place to take your pet! Thank y'all!

Dr's, Snellgrove and Susan Parson are the best. I wish they could go back to the old hours and being open on the weekend.

I wish I could give the doctors a separate rating because they really are super. But since I have to group it, I'm only able to give them a 2 star rating because of the receptionist I dealt with, very, very rude. I didn't get her name but she is a middle age black woman with glasses. She became instantly argumentive from the start, I have brought my animals here for the last ten years now and I really do love the doctors, but I think I am going to have to find another place because I don't enjoy being talked to like I'm an idiot. I am really hoping someone in charge will read this and maybe talk to her about proper customer etiquette so I don't have to find another vet. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but she should have called off if that's the case. I do recommend them, because the doctors are great. Five stars and more, but customer service is important also. This visit was on 12/20/24 @ 8:00am.

They have been very good with both of our dogs during the pandemic. One had an allergy coupled with toenail issues and needed surgery. They had to see her a few times but she is better. They always called and TOOK TIME to listen to me and also discuss treatment and diagnosis. Then my boy had breathing problems due to an allergic bronchial infection...he is getting better. They spend time discovering and discussing the possible causes with you. That is so rare anymore, I was pleasantly surprised in a time of worry! There has been good communication and all from me, about my dogs, but as well with the office staff.. I think that some medical offices should do this well. Really I do! I can't think of the last time my DOCTOR cared enough to call and talk with me about the possible causes and cures! Now, I pray they would get a bigger parking lot because of how busy they are, haha but! But our kids are getting excellent care there! I think they are caring, competent, and resourceful. I particularly like Dr Armstrong, Dr.Grantland, Dr Parsons, Ashley, and Elise those are who I have dealt with most. But also the employees that have been toting the babies back and forth from the triage to the cars! That is all day in and out, in the weather, lifting or being pulled, dealing with the public and risking their own lives for us and our pets. I think we should tip them, they deserve it!! The prices are not as bad as my old vet, either. They try to be thorough but decisive when it comes to an effective, affordable solution. They all do their best I have noticed, in many ways. And for an analytical, overprotective, dog expert and mom... I would highly recommend Mc Adory Veterinary!
