Maverick Animal Clinic

I have been going to Maverick animal clinic with all of my pets since 2001 .dr Jenkins is a very good vet but her staff is just the opposite they are rude and unprofessional. There is no customer service there . My dog has had an ear infection since March and it keeps coming back. All I keep getting is oral antibiotics and ear . Nothing was sampled out of her infection to find out what kind of an ear infection it was they just assumed it And told me to change the food. The infection kept coming back then I kept trying to go back to see the Could not they were either closed or they Stop Seeing patients at 12 o’clock for the rest of the day so if you get The vet you can’t they were telling me to be there in the morning To put my name on the list I don’t know how I’m supposed to do that when I’m at work. Meanwhile, my dog has ear infection and is in pain. I get off work early Way before 12 o’clock I get there to find out I can’t be seen at all and they close at five. That is the worst business I have ever seen, and then I had one of their employees in the parking lot Cussing me out, thinking she knew what my situation was She had no idea because I was upset. My dog was in pain and I couldn’t be seen. I found another vet a better one they found what the infection was and they got her on the proper Medication I’ve never seen her so happy at a veterinarian office. I will never go back there. I have no problem spending a little extra money to get Better service. Not to mention the woman at the front, the answers the And checks people and yelled at me and told me I should’ve been there this morning to put her on the list while I was at work At 6 AM. Come to find out her ear infection was Misdiagnosed by Maverick animal clinic. So if you’re thinking about taking your dog there think twice twice.

I am so sad to see Maverick Animal Clinic close. I know Dr. jenkins is retiring, but it's sad nobody was interested in buying with the stipulation not to over charge their clients. She's so experienced and believed in helping people provide quality and affordable vet care for their beloved animals. She's earned this retirement, but it's still sad! She was there at the beginning of both my pups' lives and helped one transition over the rainbow bridge with such care and understanding.

Very informative. It’s first come first serve You have to sign up for this list before your able to get seen. I got there at 11:45 list comes out at 12 so I could sign up for the 2pm list I was number 3 on the list. So don’t go at 12 trying to get in the list you won’t make it lol it gets full fast people will be waiting. The vet was really nice young lady with black hair and tattoos.

It's a great Clinic, Dr Jenkins is a compassionate and excellent veterinary. Staff is always willing to assist and very professional. Congratulations 👏
