I took my cat to this place at 6 PM, asking if they could see her for an emergency since she had an open wound after being attacked. They went to check if the doctor was available and came back saying yes. But as they were filling out the paperwork, they left for two minutes, then suddenly returned and told me the doctor had to leave and was "sorry." Seriously? Why would you say yes and then change your mind, knowing my cat was in urgent need of care? That’s completely unprofessional and shows a total lack of compassion. They then recommended I go to an emergency vet, which turned out to be a nightmare. Clearly, this doctor doesn’t actually care about animals if they were willing to walk away knowing my cat was in distress. Absolutely unacceptable.

Dr. Deep and his staff are the best! I have good health insurance but my cat gets better medical care than I do. My Dr has never squeezed me in for an appointment when I'm really sick or called just to see how I'm doing afterwards.

My Tato was 3 months and broke his arm in 2 places. Saw us right away and took care of everything on the spot. I’m so thankful to all of them for being so supportive, kind, helpful and putting my puppy first. It blew me away that everything was taken care of there- left with his medication. I can not write this review after Tato went back to get his check up and bandage - I was taken back when the “nurse” came out and Tato was extending himself out to her- I even asked my husband did Tato do… That speaks louder than any words- how he trust them and he knows they’re taking great care of him behind close doors- Thank you so much from all of us I highly recommend this place and my brother ( family) been taking their dogs here for years-

Our experience with Dr. Deep was truly exceptional. We entrusted our beloved standard poodle to him for a laparoscopic spay, and the outcome was outstanding. The recovery period was remarkably brief compared to a conventional spay procedure. Dr. Deep displayed exceptional expertise and addressed all of our inquiries with utmost proficiency. Furthermore, his warm and compassionate disposition put us at ease. He consistently made himself available to discuss any concerns we had. We are immensely grateful to Dr. Deep and his team for providing such exceptional care to our precious girl.

As a new client I felt they the front desk didn’t have their act together. They have you fill out all this paperwork on line then when you come in they ask you to do it again. Makes no sense. The front desk people had the personality of paste . Not quite rude but for sure not engaged. The vet that saw my dog was afraid of him. Even thought in the notes to them I told them my dog needed to be muzzled because he was a big scaredy-cat. When he was muzzled he moaned so much she couldn’t hear his heart and made no adjustments to do so. As well she had no interest in what I had to say just wanted to push her drug pushing agenda on my animal. I had wanted an xray - didn’t get . Mostly they wanted to vaccinate and give my animals pain pills. Not help me fix his issue. I was not impressed by her at all. Of course the shining star in the whole scenario was the vet tech! These people always rock and are way under paid for what they do. I can’t imagine them being “my vet”. Do better - I know you can
