Very lucky to have this level of care 24/7 365 days. It gives animals a fighting chance at odd times/holiday weekends. Our beloved cat fell very sick at 3am. They did everything possible to help her with an enlarged spleen. At the end our best little friend went into cardiac arrest and couldn’t be save. We were grateful to give her a fighting chance to live. You are in great caring hands when an emergency comes up. Thank you for trying so hard.

I couldn’t recommend Mason Dixon Animal Emergency Hospital and their amazing staff enough! We had a scare this week when our 85-pound shepherd/lab mix suddenly couldn’t hold himself up and was clearly and audibly in pain. We rushed him in, not knowing what to expect and Dr. Loguidice, along with the entire team, was so thorough, kind and supportive to two very stressed-out pup parents. Thankfully, it wasn’t a life-threatening emergency, but we did discover that our guy has severe hip dysplasia, degenerative disc disease, and arthritis—conditions we had no idea about despite his regular vet checkups. Their careful diagnosis and compassionate care gave us the clarity and direction we needed moving forward. We’re forever grateful for Mason Dixon Animal Emergency Hospital and their exceptional doctors and staff. Thank you for everything you do!

I have nothing but great things to say about Mason Dixon Animal Hospital. Unfortunately our cat, Luna, took a sudden turn in health and had to be put down. Everyone from the front office to the vet, and vet techs that we saw were empathetic and kind. It was what we needed when we were already dealing with the thought of losing our beloved cat. We will miss her but feel relieved that we got quick answers and that she was given relief. Highly recommend them for any of your animal needs.

Mason Dixon Animal Emergency Hospital does an amazing job. They triaged my 11-year-old Chihuahua in a very fair and timely manner and considering he wasn't severely sick, the total wait time of about 6 hours from start to till when he was discharged was excellent. They kept me informed every hour or so of how my dog was being attended to, and when I asked for updates in between, they were happy to know. The 6-hour time might seem excessive to some people who are reading this review, but was totally reasonable because other people's pets that were being attended to were in worse shape than my dog, so those pets had to be attended to first. I think some people don't truly realize how much is going on behind the scenes at this animal hospital, so I would recommend affording them patience. The staff did an excellent job of communicating the process, and attending to my dog's health issue. They were professional, competent, and caring. I will most definitely go back if I'm ever in need of an emergency service for my dog again. I highly recommend Mason Dixon animal emergency hospital. 5 out of 5 stars.

This was the most amazing experience I've EVER had handling the death of a pet. The staff were awesome!! Our vet tech Shannon was fantastic. Dr Loguidice was gentle, kind and loving. She showed great professionalism and was very knowledgeable. She was very comforting and answered our questions, concerns or needs. The family room was comfy, quiet and tucked away. There is even a private exit so you do not have to go through there emergency room. This made the transition a lot better. Horrible day but remarkable Vet experience. Grateful Thank you! - Bobbi Jo
