I had both of my silver lab’s CCL’s done Feb 2024 and my Chocolate Lab’s CCL done in Oct 2024 and I could not recommend Dr Walesby any higher if I wanted to. She is the best surgeon I’ve ever dealt with. And her staff is amazing also. This is one of the best group in the veterinary community that I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Don't waste time going to multiple places for estimates. Start here! Vinny was seen in the morning and stayed for surgery that same day. The staff is amazing! I would not hesitate to use them again.

We have had a wonderful experience with the team at MDVSS. They have been very helpful and the instructions were clear about what needed to happen to give my dog the best chance for success with his TPLO recovery. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and how well they have taken my guy.

Had the greatest experience with MDVSS. Dr. Walesby and all her staff were unbelievably kind and comforting. I have a very anxious dog that tore his CCL and meniscus, but I felt very very comfortable dropping him off with Dr. Walesby and her team. My dog is a few months out of his TPLO surgery and people are AMAZED by how great he’s looked this whole time and how tiny his scar is. Thank you so so so much to everyone at MDVSS for treating my dog like your own and for all the help :)

Well worth the 2 hour drive. This place came highly recommended when our pup tore his CCL, the staff is wonderful and friendly and Dr. Walesby is great, super knowledgeable, answers any questions, easy to reach if anything comes up and is super thorough. Included in the flat rate price for the surgical procedure are the things we usually have to a'la carte at our vet. Most important is there preventative care/checks, they took a look at our pups other leg to do their best to try and let us know if the issue was genetic, or just a one off injury also checked pther parts of the body and did bloodwork to make sure all was clear and our pup wasnt experiences any adverse reactions to the meds he was on (he did, so they gave him a med substitute and helped us to quickly get oj a regimen to reverse the symptoms) I wish I had more time and the words to truly express how great our experience over the past 5 months with this facility. They mended our pup, took great care of him, their communication is excellent and our lab absolutely loves going to see them.
