My best friend of 13 yrs passed away. She was 16 my poodle my love. She was in pain they told me to come in call them when I'm there and they would rush me into a room for euthanization. No waiting even if they had patients. For that I thank them even though it was to late she died in my arms at home I was so distraught that I couldn't drive that day and I called them they said to be there at 9 am I wanted her to be cremated and her ashes given back and a paw print, I went the next day with my daughter they put me in a room as soon as I got there with her body. Doc examined her he said he had to check her to make sure she was gone. I left her there with the biggest broken heart, they were very nice giving me my condolences. It wasn't a bad price visit, cremation, paw print and it is according to the weight was 388 and they take care credit so that was a plus. Thank u.

Jan 17, 2025 · Ivette HernandezDefinitely not a walk in and you definitely need an appointment and need to be a recurring patient. Am trying to save a street cat and have been there with my own pets before but was told i couldnt take this cat in to get checked out. How do you qualify for being seen, im trying to save an animal bit no one wants to take on a feral cat.
Jan 25, 2025 · me andyouI love the team here and how quick and efficient they are. Is there pricing is pretty good as well. Only thing that I would say is that I did not get a full price breakdown before having to pay.
Dec 02, 2024 · Kaya HollandWe used Dr. B for years until March 2022. We brought our 16 y/o dog there to be humanely euthanized because it was time. Unfortunately they told us we couldn’t be with her when they euthanized her due to Covid. This was completely unacceptable. My wife was vaccinated and could’ve worn a mask if you’re so concerned of covid 2 years after the pandemic. Because of their fear of catching covid our beloved family dog was put down alone and scared. Never going back again.
Jan 18, 2025 · kanukeTook my cat in for a check up and the staff and doctor were all kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. Definitely happy to have found them for our veterinary needs.
