The environment at Marley Veterinary Clinic is described by clients as welcoming and supportive. The welcoming demeanor of the vet techs and Dr. Turner-Custer contributes significantly to creating a reassuring atmosphere, which is essential for alleviating the stress often associated with vet visits for both animals and their human companions. The clinic's focus on individual patient needs and the caring approach of the team suggest a warm and compassionate setting where animal well-being is prioritized.
Marley Veterinary Clinic offers a broad spectrum of veterinary services, focusing primarily on the health and wellness of companion animals. Their comprehensive approach covers routine care, diagnostics, and surgical interventions. Key services include:
Wellness & Sick Pet Care: At every visit, the veterinarian conducts a thorough examination, checking a pet's eyes, ears, teeth, skin, and hair coat for signs of disease or parasites. They also listen to the chest to assess heart and lung health. This comprehensive approach ensures that both routine wellness and specific illness concerns are addressed promptly.
Vaccinations: The clinic provides essential vaccinations for both canines and felines. For dogs, this includes Rabies, DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), Lyme, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). For cats, vaccinations cover Rabies, FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia), and Feline Leukemia. These vaccinations are crucial for protecting pets from common and potentially severe diseases.
General Surgery: Beyond routine spays and neuters, Dr. Turner-Custer and her team are skilled in performing a variety of soft-tissue surgeries. This includes common procedures such as mass removals, cystotomies, and foreign body removals, ensuring that pets receive necessary surgical interventions when required.
In-House Laboratory Services: The clinic is equipped with an in-house laboratory, allowing for quick and efficient analysis of a pet's health. This capability is vital for aiding in the diagnosis of illnesses. Services include Complete Blood Count (CBC) and Blood Chemistry, Urinalysis, Heartworm/Lyme screening, and FeLV/FIV (Feline Leukemia Virus/Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) testing, among others. For non-urgent or specialized testing, samples can be sent to external referral laboratories like IDEXX Laboratories.
Prescription Products: Marley Veterinary Clinic emphasizes the benefits of purchasing veterinary products directly from the clinic. This ensures product authenticity and quality, as veterinarians have direct communication with manufacturers and knowledge of product guarantees and rebates. They also highlight the issue of counterfeited flea/tick products in the general market, assuring clients that purchasing through the clinic guarantees legitimate products.
Purina Home Delivery: In a convenience-focused service, the clinic is happy to announce that Purina offers home delivery for their Pro Plan and Veterinary diets, making it easier for pet owners to access specialized nutrition for their animals.
While the clinic does not offer after-hours emergency services, they make every effort to accommodate same-day urgent cases whenever possible. They also ask for patience in critical situations where a pet may arrive in life-threatening condition, as these cases require immediate attention and may cause delays.
Marley Veterinary Clinic distinguishes itself with several key features that contribute to its strong reputation and client loyalty:
Genuine Compassion and Care: The most frequently cited feature in customer reviews is the profound care and compassion shown by Dr. Turner and her staff. Clients consistently feel that their animals are treated with genuine affection and concern, which fosters a sense of trust and reassurance.

May 31, 2023 · Scott MarshIf you need your animals taken care of, this is the place to go. A veterinarian that truly cares about animals and the prices are very good. All of the texts are outstanding!
Aug 12, 2023 · Shannon HannahHonestly they don’t even deserve one star. The staff is very rude, and not helpful at all. My family dog of 9 years was submitted to be treated and held in the clinic for a few days. My family was calling multiple times a day to check up on our dog and see how he was doing/recovering. Sadly to say he ended up passing away over something we couldn’t control.. I’m furious because they didn’t even bother to give me a call and tell me, didn’t bother to reach out and say they were putting him down if you want to come comfort him in his final moments you can. We had to call and find out that he had passed. Horrible way to run your business. Horrible people. Horrible staff. I will be reporting this vet clinic to the department of state. Do not take your pets here, their lives could be at risk

Jan 14, 2024 · Elizabeth HarmelWe always get treated well whenever our little one has to visit the vet. It's a good place for regular check ups, shots and flea meds.
