These guys are great. Dr. Jennings was the best and his treatment was amazing for our dog. Our dog a hematoma on her ear, and he treated her with the best care.

This place used to be great, the first 1-2 of my dogs life. These last 2 years have been not good. The service has gone down both in the front office and back, including the vets. Had my two dog in a couple weeks ago for vaccines. $300+ visit which I expected it to cost. One of my dogs, right after the visit, started showing signs of a luxating patella. I have ring camera footage of my dog months, weeks, days leading up to the visit of her acting like her normal playful hyper self. Then right after the visit, like a day or two later, my dog all of a sudden starts showing signs of it? The vet did mention that years down the road my dog could start having issues with her patella popping out of place and that I should start thinking about joint supplements, which I purchased while there on the store side. She also said it was not something she was worried about right now. What she forgot to disclose to me was that she accidentally (or purposefully, who knows at this point) popped my dogs patella out of place and back in place during the pet exam which is what aggravated it. And the fact that she can’t do exams on the room and has to bring my dogs to the back room with the patient is beyond me. If she can’t do pet exams in the room with the patient, then what is she hiding? If she would have just disclosed the fact that she aggravated the knee I wouldn’t be as upset, but the fact she had to hide that little bit of information is what is mostly upsetting to me. These last two weeks my dog has been suffering with it popping in and out of place like almost every couple of hours now. Every time it pops out of place she freaks out and just falls to the ground and stares at us expecting us to fix it every time. I also have ring camera footage of all of this after that exam. This is ridiculous and I expect a vet, definitely not the same one as last time, to see my dog again, at no charge, for their mistake, and figure out what steps are now needed to fix their issue. I have yet to hear back from them. This is not the first time I have had an issue with them. If they can’t make this right I will be taking my dogs, records, and business elsewhere.

Phenomenal care, excellent staff! They were able to fit us in last minute and took great care of our puppy. He's on the mend and we will be visiting Dr. Grubb and the team in the future for all our pet health needs!

Both eyes, of my dog Rocky Socks, became red and infected, his breathing was very labored. This all happened within 24 hours. Made the first appointment Monday morning at Market Street Pet Hospital. Rocky tested positive for Valley Fever. They went at the problem aggressively. Rocky was blind for 2 days, listless and had a tough time breathing. I was extremely concerned that he was too sick to recover. For the first time in a week, he played and jumped around while I was cooking this morning. His eyes are clear and his breathing is steady. I'm extremely thankful for the Dr. and team of assistants that cared for him. They put together a care plan that has worked. I was contacted 3 out of 4 days by the Dr., either checking on Rocky or providing test results. Thank you for the care he received.
