Darbi and the care team at Maricamp Animal Hospital took such great care of our precious Lila (Leelah) in the past few days. I was able to get her in right away and they kept us updated every step of the way. Darbi took her time and answered all of our questions and made sure we were well informed of what we will need to do for Lila’s after care. We all know that healing from surgery as humans can be difficult but for our fur babies it can be especially difficult for them to express themselves. Thanks Darbi for making sure we know how to listen to Lila. 🥰

Update august 5th: I have to come back with an update to anyone who sees this review I promise u they are the best. My baby went in clinging to life i thought she’s was going to have to be put down these vets and works Extremely cares about ur fur baby my baby wasn’t eating drinking peeing or pooping barking or didn’t want to be around me. As of august 4th she’s eating on her own drinking lots of water on her own running around playing barking on her own and wants to try to get in my food lol my baby ate Poison they really gave her a fighting chance and gave me hope I love this please the workers front disk and back is extremely kind and friendly MY BABY GOT A LONG ROAD AHEAD OF HER BUT WE FIGHTING TOGETHER ILL POST BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS AS WELL. Best hospital to to treat ur fur baby (August 3: I am so disappointed that this place is not 24/7 the people here really care and really try to do what they can to support u. They isn’t just about money they loving and caring they do what ever they can to save ur family member. My dog isn’t just a dog to me she’s my best friend she’s my family she’s my baby. With them and god I know my baby going to be herself again. I refuse to allow anyone else to see my baby what they can’t fix I know Jesus will. I know for a fact this pet hospital should be rated number one in Ocala Florida. THEY CARE DEEPLY ABOUT U AND UR FAMILY ( pet ) lord knows if I had a billion dollars I’ll give it to them to fund a 24/7 care for our family member I love the doctors y’all are amazing thank y’all for the effort and hard work y’all have been doing for my dog. I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this clinic. I brought my cat in for a shave-down, which I was originally quoted at $86. However, when I arrived, I was told that all cats now require anesthesia for the shave, at an additional $217 (a set price). On top of that, there was a $35 charge for a rabies shot, which I understand, but the final total ended up being over $300—far more than I was initially quoted. When I tried to address the situation, I was put on hold for a long time. Eventually, I spoke with the manager, who refused to address me by my name and instead used belittling terms. I asked her to keep the call and her tone professional, but she raised her voice at me. She claimed the issue was a "miscommunication" between the front and back staff, but it felt more like she was just trying to get me off the phone rather than resolve the issue. Additionally, while sitting in the lobby, I overheard the front desk staff on the phone with a pet owner whose dog was foaming at the mouth. They laughed at the person’s concerns and openly talked about them once they hung up. This is beyond unprofessional and showed a complete lack of respect for both pets and their owners. This clinic seems more focused on making money than on providing proper care for animals. It’s especially troubling considering they previously suggested amputating my cat’s leg, even though it healed perfectly fine. I can no longer trust this office with my pet’s health and will be looking for a new vet. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. 0 stars

Maricamp’s biggest fan! Don’t know what we would do without the Maricamp team. Everyone is always so kind and helpful. The way they shower the dogs with so much love make them excited to come back. I love the way they go over pricing/plan and make sure you are comfortable with the action plan before starting.
