The staff was so caring and empathetic on the day we had to euthanize our old pup. They carefully worked around both myself and my kids as we sat on the floor saying our goodbyes; our sweet boy had a really peaceful ending, surrounded by his people. Today we got back paw prints and his ashes in an engraved box, both of which will be treasured by my kids. Thank you to everyone that helped make a really sad day a little smoother for our family.

This veterinary clinic is run by kind and dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care for pets. My cat, Newt, receives his treatments here, and every visit has been a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We’ve been bringing our three year old pup to Maple Lead Per Corner for several years now and it’s been through and through a great experience. Thankfully we haven’t had any emergencies but our but had several cases of Giardia and Maple Lead Per Corner has been really great at getting her diagnosed and treated right away. She also received several vaccinations here and they were all a breeze. Staff is super friendly, very competent, and super gentle with our pup. If you’re looking for a reliable vet who can give your pet the best care, this is a solid option.

Honestly, the last few times I've been here have been a challenge, but my most recent visit was the final straw. Earlier this year, I called because my dog had a severe eye infection, and they tried to make us wait a week to be seen. Then my dog had worms in her poop and despite having photo evidence, it took several months of phone calls and appointments for them to take it seriously and prescribe a de wormer. Then, finally, at my most recent appointment, we waited over an hour to be seen. And when we were taken back into a room, the vet tech took my dogs temperature anally without wearing gloves or washing his hands and then immediately touched her file and his computer. Also, while in the waiting room for these appointments, another patient walked out because she brought her dog in for a surgical procedure, and the staff weren't clear about what surgery her pet needed. I know people who swear by this clinic, but unfortunately for me, I have concerns about their cleanliness and quality of care and will not be coming back

Everyone be very careful with what this people charge or what you paid for your pet care. This was our 2nd time to bring our cat there. First off all, we got there, we saw them fixing their hair for 40 minutes no body welcome us and no attention. OK this is most important thing when was time to paid I handed my CC to my wife and of course my wife didn't ask for the paperwork and receipt. I asked them for a paper work and receipt and they got very nervous they didn't know what they were charging us. So, they fix the bill from $505.35 to $307.77 and I still feel like this careless people overcharged us. Worst experience ever, because we almost walk away from this place without receipt and paperwork.
