Exceptional practice!!! Dr. Afzal is very friendly, knowledgable, thorough and attentive while providing reasonable rates for service. Every time we come here it is a great experience which includes all the staff as well!! They squeezed in us last minute when our family dog became sick which allowed me to say goodbye (had to leave town) and he was euthanized in a very painless, dignified and honorable way. Nothing but good things to say about this practice and will not be going anywhere else for my pets!!!!

I appreciated how they fit me in on a Sunday morning, despite not previously being a patient and their quite reasonable rates. I did not feel like they were trying to wring me for cash in any way and felt like the vet was kind, caring, and smart. Overall, highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! Our 2 year old GSD woke up this morning clearly uncomfortable and whining. Her regular vet had limited weekend hours, and we didn’t want to take her to the emergency vet due to the extremely high costs (we would have taken her there, if not able to get in anywhere else). I called here, and they were incredible—accommodated us right away to make sure she could be seen. She most likely has a UTI, so they did some lab tests and sent us home with antibiotics and ointment. The total cost was just over $200, which is very reasonable compared to emergency vets where just the exam itself can start at $300. The staff and doctor were efficient, kind, and professional. So amazing, I definitely will recommend this place to everyone!!

I used to think I was special but I guess Dr. Afzal is amazing to all his customers and patients 🙄🙄 lol ❤️🐾. Dr. Afzal saved my best friends life. I have the upmost respect and appreciation for that man. He has a genuine care and concern for your pet and it shows in his treatments and handlings. He is night and day compared to a different local vet that I was previously taking my best friend too. If I would not have switched vets my best friend would not be here today. That is a fact. That was two years ago last month. He suggested a new treatment and a new drug for my senior Xlarge pitty with cushions that ended up rejuvenated him in a way I could never have dreamed of. I know it's not forever but I am beyond grateful for the comfort it temporarily provides my boy. I will always recommend Manassas Animal Hospital to all of my friends and family. I hope they continue to thrive, it is much deserved.

I am a very picky person when it comes to my animals and their care!!!! I’m difficult not my animals!!! The doctor is so kind and has patience with my cats and myself.. a very calming effect.. He spends time explaining and allows you to put ur input in.. I’m very happy with the staff as well .. polite and enjoyable! I’m so thankful I found this practice! I feel secure in my cats health and care!!

Fabulous service. Dr Afzal has deep knowledge and excellent communication. I went here after seeing two other vets who were unable to solve the problem with our cat. Service at the Manassas Animal Hospital is fast and professional. I was very impressed.
