Friendly and knowledgeable staff with amazing doctors who were able to save my pup when he went into diabetic shock and got pancreatitis. Visitation during his recovery was easy. My husband and I felt welcome there and could tell our dog liked the vet when he came in the room to talk to us (he's an anxious boy so it's easy to tell when he's frightened, but he licked the back of Dr. V's hand upon greeting and entry to the room)

Our Dog Studley was having seizures out of the blue at 16-17yrs old and rushed him over there around 23:00 and they immediately took him to the back to take care of him. Due to his age and a possible brain tumor the doctor clearly explained to us all the options. Great personal Dr. and staff, they explained everything and were very sympathetic. Gave us time and assured us we made the right decision to put our dog to Sleep. He was showing signs of CNS damage and was no longer himself. Great staff that helped and talked us through everything ,including cost differences. They helped us Tremendously and even stayed with us after hours to make sure we had everything right. Bless them.

I will never recommend this vet to anyone. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY NOT ANIMALS. but i put 2 stars because of one person… i had gotten a call from a owner of a litter, they had called and said that one of there puppies was injured by an older german shepherd of theirs. the puppy was never attacked the k-9 had ended up just getting caught in the eye and it ended up pulling it out of socket. (pictures will be below.) the owners was going to put the 4-week puppy down but there was no reason to when all it needed was a simple eye removal procedure. we walked in to the vet and the front lady was very rude, she had asked us what was wrong with the puppy and she automatically went to this puppy was attacked when we was trying to tell her no. we sit in the waiting room for ages because we didn’t have to money to pay the exam fee of a 180 dollars just to get seen. but god bless one of the guys in the waiting room that had came in he ended up asking us what happened told him he walked to the desk and paid our fee, while front lady is talking shit about us to the guy…. we go back to a room and wait. while waiting there was loud disturbance from the big exam room behind the doors what sounded as though a dog was struggling and getting aggravated with how tight he was being held by the collar and then you hear strikes onto that dog, they told her to let go and that she was holding to tight. which then when they reprehended her and then she follows with the excuse of “i came here to get hand on experience but i didn’t want to get attacked.” which hit my buttons a little to much. there’s no excuse to be able to lay your hands on a dog when your whole job is to help animals and to make sure they are taken care of correctly. my opinion on that will never change. but like i said before being in that environment was very unwelcome and needless to say heartless people looked at this 4-week and turned down a surgery that would allow her to have a fullfilled life but because we don’t have money they was rude, unwelcoming, and an off put vibe to it. ZACH: this vet tech was the most helpful here. he seemed to actually care for this pup. we asked before we left if he could at-least clean her eye or show us how to because they wouldn't do the removal unless we paid 1,200 dollar rounded. he was the only one who didn’t care that we didn’t have the money. he gave us suggestions on where to try next that would help us with payment plans or who will take her probono. Zach truly was the sweetest, kind, and loving person there. He helped multiple times with no hesitation when no one else will. while there we did get her the cheapest things we could to help her be comfortable until we could find better help. a cone, pain meds and antibiotics, Yet again zach came in and talk to us about the use and treatment plan for her. they let this puppy walk out of there because we wasn’t prepared for her and there was no way we had an extra 1200 laying around. MONEY GREED.

My cat had a lily ingestion, and went to emergency Vet Magnolia. From the staff at the front desk, to techs, to the vets, everyone was so welcoming and calming during such a stressful time. My cat required sedation for certain tests and they took every precaution they possibly could for both their safety and his. Will definitely recommend this vet practice to all. My cat is all better, home and acting like nothing happened. Thank you for saving my baby!!
