We came in frantic with something we’ve never dealt with before. Dr. Moyers was so incredibly kind, and very professional. She assured us and our Doggo, then delivered us the best emergency care that we have ever had. If we ever run into another emergency with our animals, we will definitely be using them again. Their pricing was clear and very precise. We did not feel any price gouging or any Type of hidden/unclear fees. Everything was straightforward and we were able to approve everything prior to getting started. Hopefully, we’ll never be back because of an emergency, but if we do have an emergency, we will definitely be returning! Thank you, Dr. Moyers and the wonderful team on this past Tuesday night! He is healing as I type this!

Apr 23, 2025 · kristen pageWe live over an hour away. This will be the place we go should the need arise again. They were so good and fast with my Old girl. Beyond thankful
Apr 09, 2025 · Anna LewisIncredibly disappointed in the services here. We took in my puppy on Monday and after charging us $1500 for an overnight stay for treatment, we were called an hour later and told our puppy was at end of life, no refund given for the treatment that wasn’t given since he didn’t make it over an hour after we left. They also completely misdiagnosed our puppy and said he had head trauma when his true diagnosis was distemper. Now we have other puppies that are sick (we had to lose a second puppy for a proper diagnosis from our vet for only $155) but we could have gotten treatment for the siblings before more were to this point. I absolutely do NOT recommend this vet, they diagnose for money and don’t even provide the medicines they charge you for in the “add on emergency overnight care”. You would think if the services aren’t used they would have some compassion. *Editing since I got a response saying that I gave misinformation- please see attached receipts from where I was debited $1,496.81 for your “overnight hospitalization and treatment” as well as the receipt from my vet where my remaining litter was diagnosed and emergency vaccinated for distemper. Did you even call the proper vet? I doubt it because our vet has seen us 3 times since we left your office (sceeenshots attached). And while we are on the subject- you very clearly don’t even know the symptoms of distemper if you dare to say that it doesn’t show as sudden onset. And no one stated it happened within an hour- if you read his chart you would see where we clearly stated he began walking weird at 4:30pm. Do your homework. The least you could have done is offer us a partial refund and some compassion. When my husband came to pick up our baby the staff couldn’t even find him because you had him in a bag in the freezer. No one wants to pick up a lost loved pet that way. But please continue to deny my posts accuracy- I’ll be more than happy to get printouts and provide further truth.
Apr 25, 2025 · Delila ShockneySince I’m fairly confident my original review and edit with screenshots of proof of charges won’t get acknowledged further- I highly recommend to NEVER use this vet. They make you pay in advance for services and if your animal passes and the services aren’t used or performed they keep your money and have no compassion for the body of your animal or your loss. And don’t ask for a refund because they will lie about how much you were charged.
Apr 25, 2025 · D BellWe brought our dog, Cooper to this emergency clinic the other day. We saw Dr. Moyer. She was competent, compassionate, and we were very confident in the treatment he received. He has done great since we got him home. Big Thanks to Dr Moyer’s and the staff at the clinic.
