The Madison Veterinary Clinic is one of the best vet clinics ever!!! They took great care of our kitty Tedi, and they were very friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding!!!! Our cat, Tedi, was 24 years old, and when she had declined rapidly , I had called to take her in, and they were able to get us in the same day very quickly!!! They helped us so much, and to help Tedi be as comfortable as possible when she crossed the rainbow bridge!! She went quickly and peacefully. I just want them to know how thankful I am for them, and they really care about the animals!! They also sent a card to us later, and it made my heart melt!!! 馃馃馃馃馃鉂わ笍鉂わ笍鉂わ笍鉂わ笍鉂わ笍

My cat was in a bad situation with a tract infection and they offered to get him in as soon as I could get there. Unfortunately for Scout, it was just a little too late. They called and laid out the options and didn't make me feel guilty about whatever decision I was going to make. Once he was out of pain, they were very kind and gracious about the situation and made me feel so so much better. Thank you for that. Highly recommend, very kind, understanding professionals.

Big thank you to Madison Rd. for taking care of my Coco while she had a enucleation on her eye due to an ulcer. They were very professional and reasonable during the entire process. Hope this continues for this business.

10 months ago I took my dog here and unfortunately she surcame to her cancer and we discovered it was time to put her down and patiently waited for her ashes and paw print. The paw print they got is lack there of. U can't see it. I told them this is awful it's last thing people have of their pets. Time goes by and I decide to take my 6 yrs old in for a check up and wellness check. I explain to them that after my first of I never want to experience that again. CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH. "She's healthy as can be!" Well about a week ago We noticed our dog was bloated we thought maybe she was just constipated. I reached out to the vet scheduled an appointment and told them after our last dog we needed xray of her belly to assure us there were no masses or anything. They told me "it depends on what the vet says". I told them I would gladly pay for the xray even if the vet felt it wasn't necessary, but its what we wanted to have done to assure us thete were no masses. I explained my husband was bringing her and he is a pushover but I had to work for the date avaliable. The way I was treated did not comfort me at all. Well because of the situation I had at hand and knowing what I went through we went to emergency vet in rockford. They do xray and ultrasound. A mass that take up over half of her abdomin. I'm not saying it's their fault shit could be mine... but when you give my dog a clean bill of health and less then 4 months later she's dead... my cousin went there a month ago and was given a clean bill of health for her dog, he dead now. I'm not saying it's a bad place to go but do your research and figure out what test and stuff ur animals need cause apparently they don't offer services that may save ur animal. I didn't think of her getting and xray 4 months ago I just wanted my dog happy and healthy. What if they would have just suggested it and we caught it early had it removed I wouldn't be sitting in my empty house.
