I've been taking my animals here for years now. They take good care of my 16 yr old man Winston Bo Binston, who has had teeth issues, and my chunky Little Girl. I get yearly reminders for their annual shots and check ups, and happy birthdays. The staff are so nice and caring. I trust them with my animals.

How to summarize this nightmare simply: New to the area. Established care here when we moved. Three weeks ago took dog in for annual shots. Dog was healthy prior. No problems. That day, dog stopped eating. Could tell dog didn't feel well. Called vet about it; they insisted we bring dog back in even though he was just seen in person less than 24 hours prior. Fine. We go back in. ONLY TO BE TOLD IT'S PROBABLY CANCER (Cancer that had not had ANY REASON WHATSOEVER to expect less than 24 hours prior, when they'd seen him) and that we'd need additional testing, possible surgery, and prescriptions. Of note: they DID NOT ONCE consider what we mentioned to several staff members - that his cessation of eating and lethargy all came on immediately after his shots...(Maybe he's having a bad reaction!?!?!) Anyway, scared out of our minds that we're losing our beloved dog to CANCER we do the follow up visits, the cancer testing, the multiple prescriptions ($$$$$) only to find out IT'S NOT CANCER. Which - thank goodness! - but... So then they have to see him again (They've laid hands and eyes and tests on this dog at least three times in as many weeks. May have been 4 times actually). This time they say it's a bacterial infection (this despite running NO fecal tests), and put him on antibiotics. The antibiotics have done NOTHING. Our poor dog is STILL not eating, and, DESPITE LAYING HANDS AND EYES AND TESTS ON THIS DOG MULTIPLE TIMES OVER THE PAST THREE WEEKS, EACH TIME THIS VET INSISTS WE COME IN AGAIN, THEY MAKE A SHOT-IN-THE-DARK AT DIAGNOSIS AGAIN, THEY RX MORE DRUGS AND TESTS AGAIN... They told us he had cancer after shining a light in his eyes. He doesn't. They told us he has a bacterial infection after the cancer screenings. But no fecal test was performed to confirm this. We've followed their protocols for treatment, which have not worked. We've told them multiple times about the timing with regard to the shots and his onset of not eating. We're ignored. And they won't call us back. They won't check in. They won't even speak to you about your dog's health unless you bring them in AGAIN. (They LITERALLY already saw this dog THIS week, LAST week, AND THE WEEK BEFORE.) Our prior vet at our old city of residence was wonderful. If there was ever a problem, the diagnostics were on point and the follow up was excellent. Our experience here has been the exact opposite and we're furious. Time to look elsewhere for care.

They were the only ones that would see my cat the same day and they did a great job also. I hate to see my little buddy in pain and he’s already acting better a couple hours after antibiotics. They were very friendly to me and the cat. We’re both grateful
