We came in for a rabies shot 45 min before 1:30pm which is the time they come back from lunch. Filled out the paper work and waited for the call to get in. 1:56pm We get the call that we are next to see the doctor, only to sit in a cold waiting room for 1 1/2 hrs until the Dr. showed up. I told the nurse I would step out to get a sweter to cover my dog and take her to pee. She had the nerve to ask me not to take long to which I responded "likw the Dr." And walked off. As I walk outaide there are a bunch of people upset for waiting for so long. Came back to wait 30 min more. Finally he shows up no apology for being late at all and seems upset like he hates his job. Asked a few basic questions (which I had already shared with the nurse) goes on asking if I wish to have my dog on flea control to which of course I declined. Then has his nurse attempt to inject my dog while Im holding her. Obvioulsy she cant vaccinate her and gives the injection the Dr. It was painfull to watch him inject my dog but we were there already. After the shot says you are done, do you have any questions? No after care recommendations or any help at all. Horrible esperience.

This individual described their overall experience as "horrible."

Another customer shared a deeply distressing experience involving their cat. They reported that their cat was sent home with antibiotics but without pain medication after a diagnosis of mouth ulcers. Despite the cat's extreme lethargy and inability to eat or move well, they were allegedly told the cat would be fine. I took my cat here on Friday. They sent her home with antibiotics (AND NO PAIN MEDICATION + a $800 bill) and told me she would be fine. They said she had mouth ulcers, but failed to recognize that she was approaching her last day. They had told me she would be fine even though she was extremely lethargic and could barely move, walk, and eat. The next day I followed my gut and I rushed her to the emergency room where they unfortunately had to put her down due to her critical condition. They told me her vitals were terrible and she died the same day I brought her to the Emergency. If this vet had been more thorough and notified us of the seriousness of her condition, maybe she wouldn't have been in as much pain as she was in. This was an extremely traumatic way for her to go and I wish I had known of her kidney failure, seriousness of her mouth ulcer, and anemia. The lynwood dog and cat hospital should have told me she was unfit for a regular vet visit and needed emergency attention. Rest In Peace Cuca 🕊️💔

A friend of mine recommended this place. I came for one of my doggies, to have a checkup because she was attacked by another dog. The nurses were so nice and helpful, the doctor was very kind while checking my little dog. My baby girl is safe now! It's not expensive, the prices are reasonable and affordable. I'll continue coming to this wonderful place! Thanks to everyone that works here! ❤️

Took my dog here for the first time today since she ate something that was making her vomit a lot(8 times total), and since this place was recommended by a family friend and doesn’t require appointment, I decided to bring her with my hubby. We get there, check in, and then wait for about 10-15 minutes before being called in. We get her weighed and then find out that only one person can go into the room, so my hubby decided to wait outside in the meantime. So far, everyone seemed pretty nice and welcoming, no attitude or anything as I noticed other reviews had mentioned. We’re in the room, and I notice the examination table is a little rustic and wobbly which scared my dog. The vet came in, and he also seemed pretty nice, wasn’t aggressive with her or anything, was very gentle which was a relief since I noticed some reviews also mentioned that their dog was being held down?? So after talking about what might be wrong with her, he recommends what should be done, and so I asked for the estimate so I could see what I find necessary/unnecessary. The nurse comes in with the estimate, and I said no on the blood work since she’s a young-healthy dog, and with no hassle, they removed it off the estimate, and we went with what was left. The nurse gave her the shots, and then we were on our way to pay and get the medication. After the shots, it was a quick process of paying and getting the medicine— but it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed they had missed one pill, so I need to go back and get it. Apart from that, I had a good experience here, it was affordable. If everything goes well with the medication, I will definitely consider coming back.

The veterinarian on duty is extremely unprofessional. We took 2 pets to get care. One of our pets we had to put down due to severe health issues. Not even 5 minutes into the procedure being done, and us grieving inside the room, he let's a random person come inside to look at a generic poster inside the room. Super disrespectful and out of touch. The second pet we took in for an exam, he barely did any kind of examination, did not pay attention to what we we're saying about his symptoms. He administered pain medications, after taking the wrong x-rays mind you, charged us almost $300 for the exam, and sent us on our way. My pet passed away literally the next morning in his sleep. Clearly, did not exam him at all if all he had told us was that our pet had a sprained ankle. Do not under any circumstances take your pet here for anything other than simple vaccinations. The "lower" prices are not worth the disrespectful and condescending attitude of the Vet on duty. The staff is nice but the care of the pets is ultimately out of their control. Not to mention the actual facility is extremely dirty and outdated with damaged walls, ceilings, doors, everything. I regret taking our pets here everyday.
