I recently had an appointment for my 19 year old dog. We had to discuss quality of life assessment. The staff was very kind very informative and one thing that I like is they did not pressure me they gave me all the information talked it through with me and let me come to the decision. The first person I met was Isaac. He was very kind compassionate and caring. I apologize but I do not remember the vet's name but I liked that she was very straightforward but relayed to me in a very kind compassionate way. I recommend this place to bring your pets.

It took me a while to write this review but I brought my dog Simba here for a couple years.. He was the love of my life. He was a rescue dog with a bad past and had a lot of quirks but they always took care of him and didn't shy away. At the end of his life and during his passing I cannot describe the urgency and care they gave not only him but me to. Pure empathy pure care and just pure love. I've never lost an animal before and I don't wish the experience on anybody however I truly believe they treated my beloved best friend and myself the best you can in that situation and I'll always be so thankful for what they did for us. Thank you so much to the staff for taking care of my boy ❤️

Angela! She answers the phone and makes everything easy. She listens and gives clear and kind answers. COURTNEY! Is the dog whisperer. My boy is timid around new people despite being 80 pounds of brute muscle it is mostly heart muscle I think. He knew she was trustworthy before she even said a word. Finally Dr. KEHOE... I probably would move across the country for P.T.'s (my boy) sake so he could continue in her care if she left. She is transparent. If she has an ego I didn't notice. She is an expert in her field and listened to all my nonsense and made me feel like a valid human being. She could have punched me in the face and I'd still be happy with her. If you are looking for a clinic and this is a little further than you'd prefer.... make the drive, it is worth it for your new or old family

Update: I do feel like there has been so much progress since my review! I’m getting more updates on my dog’s daycare and developing the relationship with the staff I had before. I’m glad I didn’t give up on them when the management changed! My dog, Molly, has been a daycare regular (and unfortunately a vet regular) since we moved to NH and started with Lowell Road almost 4 years ago. I greatly miss some of the people who worked there, but have since left - they knew us by name and always made us feel welcome and joked around. It’s disappointing and concerning to see all of them go. I hope to build the same relationship with the new staff and return my review to 5 stars. I would like to shout out Dr. Stroganoff specifically. She is an EXCEPTIONAL vet. As a military family, we’ve seen 15+ different vets over the years, and she is by and far the best. Thank you for the excellent care, kindness, and attention, Dr. Stroganoff! I’m giving more stars purely for her efforts.
