Great pricing, Dr Alton Hall has tremendous depth of experience and truly cares about our pets and his clients. I have used ONLY his services for vaccines and oral meds like heartworm and flea and tick prevention since 2009! His staff is great too!

I have called this office NINETEEN times over the last 9 days requesting an EMAIL with dogs’s vaccination records in order to get my dogs groomed! I shouldn’t have to work this HARD & take this much time out of my life to no avail to continuously be told “we’ll call you right right back” no one has called me right right back or emailed me right right back so that I can get my dogs’s vaccination records. I’ve been a dog parent of this facility for several YEARS! I need one little thing & far be it from me to expect some professionalism as to not put me in this situation any longer. I either need the office manager or the veterinarian himself to call me first thing Monday morning! This is RIDICULOUS!!!! My dogs need to be groomed & should not have to suffer at the hands of an unprofessional/incompetent staff along with an apology for all of this. I can, in fact, produce receipts for all that I’m saying here. My next review will be on Yelp & I’ll go from there until I get what I NEED!

I have used this particular vet for my cat and dogs vaccines for the past 4 years. I get the super dog and cat.pack with feline leukemia and heartworm test . It's an all in one for $89 each currently. They offer some mod the.most.pooular heartworm and flea tick meds on site at.tge.tinemof vaccinations. I do also email them and they have been gracious.ebough.to fax a prescription to Chewy for me for the heartworm meds. Although I do believe.thet matched.the. grey proce, I'm disabled and need shipping as it's difficult for me to go to them to pick up. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 as it's nearly impossible to call.rhem and speak to someone. It's always a recording and leave an message. They do call back but my phone sends unknown calls to spam so I never get a message. It be five stars if , when I called, I could speak to someone to prepay for my visit. Better yet, have an option to prepay online.. I can schedule the appointment online but not prepay. This helps get through the line faster. I do like that they travel to different locations throughout the month. Giving many the opportunity to save on yearly vaccination. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Have been using them for 3 years. They overcharge on meds (35 more) So I switched to chewy was going smooth until Low cost denied prescription for my dogs when they are with in at least 2 weeks of needing another heartworm test. Website has no hours of what time they are able to answer the phone and chewy has a hard time getting into contact with them.They have 3 phone numbers with chewy and all the mailboxes are FULL! My package was lost by fedex and chewy won't reship prescription meds without authorization from vet. (totally understand able) The low cost rep I spoke with (britney) Was very rude and snarky saying that only chewy can contact them regarding this matter and they have there hours of operation. I think someone just didn't want to do there job at 4:30 when getting ready to close for the day. I then contacted chewy and they wouldn't answer the phone but left a message. Very unprofessional and surprising that customers are treated this way. Hope that britney is dealt with. Will be switching to a different vet even if its more my dogs need there flea + heartworm meds so they don't get sick and die as it is getting warmer.

I've been using Low Cost Vacs on & off since I got my 1st pup in 2011. I love how quick & cheap they are. We just went today to get 2 dogs tested for heart worms. Took less than 5 min. I filled out the paperwork, went and got the 1st dog; weighed her; took her into the trailer, the man lifted her onto the table & the vet drew blood & bandaged her arm & we were done. On to get 2nd dog to repeat same exact process. $25 each test compared to $32 each at the vet & no telling if they would feel like charging an exam fee for one OR BOTH dogs. I will be back next month for the younger dogs heartworm test & ill be getting the older 2 dogs chipped. Thats only $30 each compared to $45 each at vet & same deal with exam fees. Imo, if you go to the mobile site prepared, the process will not take long with minimal stress on your animal. I let the man cradle my dogs while I kept eye contact & spoke to them bc i know this helps my animals remain calm. I honestly love these good, hard working people. 💜
