As a customer, I have to say, my experience was nothing short of a whirlwind! I’d rate myself a solid 1 out of 5 stars for my chaotic visit! Picture this: I show up 15 minutes late during the lunchtime rush, all because my dog Izzy, who absolutely despises car rides, put up a major fight getting into my truck. When I finally arrived, I realized I had forgotten her leash! The moment I opened the door, she bolted like a scene straight out of a comedy film – think Beethoven! I found myself in a wild chase, sprinting after her as she dashed into the vet’s office like she owned the place. It was pure mayhem when she startled the poor cat in the lobby and, yes, you guessed it – she left a little 'gift' behind. Despite the circus act I brought with me, the staff was unbelievably courteous and professional! The doctor was not only kind but also incredibly informative, handling our chaotic arrival with grace. It was as if our dramatic first visit didn't even faze them. We definitely plan to return – armed with a leash and a much better plan! Thanks to everyone for making our unforgettable adventure feel so welcoming! 🐕💩🫣

Dr. Richard and staff provide excellent loving care for all your pets needs. They will call you about follow-up care and test results. When I call about my pets' concern, sometimes able to handle it over the phone or next or same day appointment. Prices are good for excellent care given. Clean office and exam rooms.

Sat following the hurricane with generators running this incredible staff took care of my teacup chihuahua. I truly thought he was going to have to struggle through the weekend after calling all of the local vet offices. The staff was friendly and thorough and my Lil Chuy got the treatment the needed at a reasonable cost. Thank you from a very concerned and now very happy fur mom.

Beware of Loving Care Animal Hospital's potentially exploitative diagnostic and billing practices. Following an initial free consultation, I encountered a misdiagnosis, necessitating return visits and tests, including x-rays and blood work, with unclear pricing. Specifically, the $200 radiologist fee for x-ray analysis was not disclosed until after I agreed to the procedure. This lack of transparency may partially explain why many animals are stray, as owners struggle to afford such unforeseen expenses. On my first visit he told me he knew what was wrong with my dog because he has a few dogs that have the same issue and had me buy steroids that did absolutely nothing? Now wants to give me a $610.40 and then add on $170.75 for the radiologist. I hope he feels good tonight because I still don't have a diagnosis on my baby.

Fargo loves his vet and the staff there too. They are so friendly and listen to your concerns. The vet is great, gives informative information and very nice. I trust them to take very good care of my boy! And when your dog likes them too.. you know you’ve got your forever vet care!
