They saved my dog and I appreciate it. However they consistently try to charge you for services not needed and services you didn't ask for. I was told that they wanted $300 when I brought my dog in and I told the receptionist I only had $114 on me. She went to speak with the doctor about it. I was told that it would be okay. An hour later I was presented with a bill for $452 on top of what I had already paid and told that my dog was gonna die if I didn't pay the money because he needed the oxygen. Only to find out later because I was contesting the bill and what was originally told to me that they had taken my dog if the oxygen for about 30 minutes already. When I finally was able to get the funds to just pay them they put him back on the oxygen that was "keeping him alive" I ended up paying close to $650 for services and when we were about to leave the vet out us out the back room to "finish his vitals for discharge" only to have two more documents pushed into my face that my dog threw up once when we left and she wanted to give him a nausea shot. And recommended us to take him to their sister program which cost $3,000 a day for him to continue getting Oxygen. I decided not to pay them anymore money because it wasn't making sense to me. I took my dog home and he hasn't thrown up yet not has he had any breathing problem since. Not recommended you bring your pet here.

A close friend of mine recommended this vet to me as she owns 3 dogs. I took my dog in for an issue with squinting and her eye being red. Arlen the receptionist was SO helpful and kind. Dr. Cano was great and very transparent. We all know how expensive vet bills can be and I appreciate how the staff here is considerate of that. Parking can be tricky but you can park in a residential and have a nice walk! Exam is $60 btw.

This place is excellent. Dr. Ramirez is so thoughtful and empathetic that both of my cats are at ease at their exams (given the circumstances). Quality of care is great, pricing is fair - the only vet I’ve been to that doesn’t try to add on extra service/treatments. Because this place is popular, it’s busy so take time for parking. This is minor for reliably good care.

They are probably the best Vet Clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Robins was great and attentive to my little Ellie (cat). She truly cared about her well-being and focused on getting her better instead of adding unnecessary services. When you first walk in, you feel welcomed and everyone seems so happy to work there. They treat all the animals with respect and care. They have a waiting area inside and outside as well, which I think is great for our nervous furry friends. The wait time is a little high, but it is so worth it. They are literally focusing on every single animal and making sure they get the best service. So, of course, it will take some time. They do their best to take in as many appointments as possible so there is no walk-in availability. But if you call on the same day the moment they open, they might just let you in for a same day appointment. It's not a guarantee, though. They accept care credit, and if eligible, sunbit. I think it is amazing because not many vets have options for payment plans besides care credit. I think options like these are great for people like me who have more than 1 furry friend. I really suggest giving them a try. They really won't disappoint. They are super open about their prices, which honestly are not even remotely close to high. And the best part is they don't try to over sell! Great quality at an affordable price. You just can't beat that!

I had to send my Linda Lou to heaven a week ago. As a life long animal lover who has had this unfortunate experience before, I’ve never had such a beautiful sending off. I was in a calming room with a lit candle. They brought my kitty swaddled in a blanket and placed her next to me. I had all the time I needed until I asked to see the Doctor. She, along with the her Assistant were so empathetic and loving to my baby and myself. I’ll never forget the experience and love I felt. I received her ashes today and along with the urn I received this…I’ll never go anywhere else re my let needs. ❤️❤️❤️
