Mikhail is 5***** with all of my dogs. Because of him my dogs get correctly diagnosed and properly treated. Our positive outcomes mean better and longer lives for our dogs. When there have been serious situations, he has been there to provide whatever care is required. He has cared for my smallest newborn puppy to my most seniors. At every moment he is professional and compassionate. He has the skills to keep our pets healthy and to treat them when they are in need. I am so grateful that he is at Longevity Veterinary! I am absolutely love this place. The sick visit took place on the same day and the prescribed treatment gave a positive result already after a day. Thank you very much to Dr. Mikhail he was very friendly. We will definitely remain regular clients!

This was the most traumatic experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been going to veterinarians since 2007. Sadly my conure had an accident in his cage with a toy and fractured his toe, my conures veterinarian. was not working that day, so I decided to find somebody that can see him so I decided to come here the place looks really nice and well put together the Two assistance that saw my bird were very calm, but there was just one doctor that came in and no one told me who was the avian. Doctor couldn’t see because he was complaining that he didn’t have his glasses. but I gave my trust because these are veterinarians. My bird is here for a fracture, and they decided that they wanted to cut his nails birds nails have a nerve in them. This man cut the nail too short. My bird started bleeding everywhere on the table, gushing blood on his shirt, and they wanted to continue to cut his nails. I started freaking out because no one knew what they were doing. I told them leave it like that. I cut his nails I kept asking who is the avian Doctor No one knew who to look at. Apparently, the doctor that was supposed to attend. My bird was busy. I have no problem in waiting, especially if you’re going to attend my bird with the right person it was four people trying to hold my bird down to put a splint then they said that they’re going to have to sedate him and I’m gonna have to sign paperwork, if he doesn’t wake up, they were moving his toe back-and-forth because they couldn’t tell if it was fractured or not. This is very traumatizing for the bird and painful. My bird started flying everywhere in the room if you can’t tell if it’s fractured or not why can’t you do a x-ray on a bird the money is not the problem here it’s the attention and how rough they were with him and the knowledge and not knowing how to clip birds nails , Thankfully, I was able to speak to the doctor.that was supposed to see my bird and the manager, and they were nice enough not to charge me the service because of how upset I was I just hope no one else experiences this. I feel bad for my little baby. Went Just get traumatized and not get anything done.

Dr Rohini Tirumala is amazing. My dog has a lump on her eye since 3.5 weeks ago. I went to see a traditional vet that we used to go for diarrhea but that vet couldn’t fix or explain what might be the issue. Basically gave me a vague insight. However, after 10 days of eye drops and medicine, nothing improved and it was still red. I was so desperate and worried that my dog might need a surgery. I went to Dr Rohini Tirumala for 2nd opinion. I usually go to Rohini Tirumala for deeper or unusual issue. She told me the issue was eye follicles and it usually heals slow and takes about 2 weeks, and explained that eyedrop can only help inside, but not outside on the skin, so she prescribed me some cream, and some medicine to decrease the redness of lump. The redness truly fade after a few days and the lump is gone exactly 2 weeks like she said. I like that she can explain the issue to me clearly so I wouldn’t have any questions mark in my mind. and I like that she can predict how long such as situation will last and went to expect to get better, and if it doesn’t get better in the middle, then schedule a follow up appointment to see her again. every time I go to see her she will also check on her previous issue to make sure everything is improving. Trust is built through how well a doctor can predict and cure an issue. And Dr Rohini Tirumala definitely gains our trust!
