Dr Harold is a very kind and thorough veterinarian. I always feel comfortable taking my pets there and she's very reasonable as far as the fee for her services. She's straightforward and no nonsense but I believe that's what you want and a veterinarian. I would recommend her to anyone that asked me where to go for their beloved pet's care.

- Surgical Procedures: Common surgical services could range from routine spaying and neutering to more complex soft tissue surgeries, all performed with attention to safety and post-operative care.
- Dental Care: Oral hygiene is vital for pets, and services such as dental cleanings and extractions are often provided to prevent and treat dental diseases.
- Emergency and Urgent Care: While not specified as a 24/7 emergency center, a pet hospital of this caliber would likely be prepared to handle urgent cases during operational hours, providing immediate attention for injuries or sudden illnesses.
- Nutritional Counseling: Guidance on appropriate diets for pets of all ages and conditions, helping owners make informed choices for their animal's health.
- Pain Management: Strategies for managing acute and chronic pain, ensuring pets are as comfortable as possible, especially during recovery or in their senior years.
- End-of-Life Care: This sensitive service, as highlighted by customer reviews, involves providing compassionate support and options for owners facing the difficult decision of saying goodbye to a beloved pet, including humane euthanasia and grief support.

The personal stories of pets being "so sick" and the difficult decisions surrounding euthanasia, handled with such grace and empathy by Dr. Harold and her nurse, underscore the deep trust and appreciation clients have for the hospital.
The sentiment, "I'll b taking any future pets to Long Run Pet Hospital. I'd definitely recommend them," from a grieving pet owner, is perhaps the most compelling testimony to the hospital's commitment to building lasting relationships based on trust and excellent care. While there might not be explicit promotional offers available in the provided information, the hospital's reputation for affordability ("very reasonable as far as the fee for her services") combined with high-quality, compassionate care acts as its primary promotional strategy.
