Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. You can tell they actually care. Reasonable prices (though medicine is never cheap), and they don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. This is coming from someone with over 7 years work experience in emergency and clinical veterinary medicine: this is a good practice. If you care at all about your pets, you can't go wrong bringing them here.

One reviewer with over seven years of experience in emergency and clinical veterinary medicine described the clinic as a "good practice," emphasizing that the staff genuinely cares and offers reasonable prices without pushing unnecessary services. This positive feedback suggests a commitment to ethical and compassionate care, making it a place where pet owners who prioritize their animal's well-being might feel comfortable.
However, another customer shared a more mixed experience. While they found the provider to be "knowledgeable and experienced," they noted that the facility seemed "very outdated," lacking a computer system and operating with an "old fashioned way of pay only by check in the mail." This reviewer also mentioned an issue with a lost check, resulting in a potential late fee, and described the receptionist on the phone as "not super friendly." Furthermore, they felt that the examination of their cat was brief, lasting less than ten minutes, despite the bill being comparable to more updated facilities.

Mar 18, 2025 · Andrew BryantNextdoor raved about this place, so I decided to bring my cat there. Sadly I can't give the place 5 star, it's very outdated, no computer system, old fashioned way of pay only by check in the mail, they ended up loosing my check and wanted to charge me a late fee. The receptionist on the phone was not super friendly. The provider seemed knowledgable and experienced but barely examined the cat, we were in the exam room probably less than 10 min. The bill was average, no less than with more updated facility.

Feb 03, 2024 · Sihaya KestnerAbsolutely love this vet. We had a bad experience with a different vet. They are so very helpful with our Sadie girl.
Jan 17, 2024 · Lisa TuttleDr. Hartnett and his staff are amazing! They take the time to get to know you and your pets. They have always helped and advised me on my dogs health and wellbeing over the past 30 years. They truly love my dogs and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else .
