Very wonderful Vet and family. They came in after hours CHRISTMAS NIGHT to help assist our dog! All emergency vets were full and they went out of their way for us. They were very informative on how to treat our dog in the next few weeks for recovery. I would recommend this practice to anyone. I will now be bringing all 5 of my dogs here for normal check ups. Pricing is very reasonable, they didn’t charge a fee for coming out for after hours or even on a holiday. Emergency vets wanted more and we would have to wait 5-6 hours to be treated. We called and were seen within minutes of them arriving.

Today we dropped off our American Eskimo dog for a hair cut and nail trim. American Eskimos have long white hair. We have used these grooming services before and have been very happy with the results. BUT...this time when I dropped our dog off, they asked if we wanted him cut like before, we said yes. Imagine my surprise when we returned and it was NOT the same. Last 2 times the cut was like a trim. THIS time he was SHAVED!!!. I thought they had brought out another dog. I did not even recognize him. When we called to speak to someone, the groomer never answered the phone! When we called again and talked to her she was belligerent, argumentative and told us it our fault somehow. No apology, nothing. We will not be returning for wouldservices again. It's too bad because we really like the Vet. You state that our dog should NEVER have a summer shave! Then why would you ask if we wanted one? If we had known that it meant he would be sheared like a sheep we would never had agreed to it. I apologize for our ignorance. Still can't believe it happened. It's too sad all around. The shave, the it's all our fault. No real apology. And we really like the Vet. If anyone reads this please use the Vet he is great. I don't believe we will return in any capacity.

Dr. Bryant has been an excellent veterinarian for our lab Major. He and his staff were always very responsive, and as Major aged, they did not push treatments if they didn't feel it was warranted. Toward the end of our Major's life they were just a phonecall away. Dr. Bryant even met my husband after hours after our fur baby passed away yesterday. I will always remember their compassion and Dr. Bryant's kind words to my husband. It meant a lot at a time when we needed it most.

I have been taking my dog to LoneStar for grooming for several years. When I pull into the parking lot, my dog gets so excited. She loves LoneStar. I know my dog is in good hands at Lo eStar. Now that road construction is better, I plan to take her there for vet visits.
