Long story short: If you care and love your dog DONT bring them here!! If I could give zero stars, I would. First starts out back in June when I bought A puppy and brought her to them for her second round with shots. I told them that she was very ticklish at the time. They said it was fine, which I wasn’t very concerned then. Three weeks later for the next round of shots I told them that she just scratches all the time They told me it was the food she was on For the next 3 to 4 months, I tried every sensitive skin dog food out there and had her on multiple supplements I came home one day to all of the hair around her eyes was gone I rushed her to an emergency clinic and they did a skin scrape and she had MANGE. I was charged a fee at the old vets clinic every time I ask them to look at her itching problem and they never gave me an answer. My poor baby had Itch for four months straight!!! When a simple pill kills mange. And it would have taken them 10 more minutes of their day to help her I swore then I would never take any more animals to them Fast forward to January. My husband gets a dog and has to get them fixed. He tells me that he’s gonna handle it all so I don’t worry about anything When it comes to The afternoon of his surgery my husband goes up to the vets clinic To get him. He comes home empty-handed and tells me they told him he’s not This is 7 PM at night…… I told him that’s absolutely crazy Most of your reliable vets do all of their spaying neuters in the morning to give them plenty of time to come off the anesthesia. I Had to call 10 times to get someone on the phone. They told me he was still in surgery, but wouldn’t give me any information And that they would be keeping them over the weekend since we were leaving that afternoon I told them I wanted to call back as soon as he was done, and I had to know what was going on At 8 PM I called them back again due to no call And they told me he had to have a second special surgery I had no idea and didn’t give them permission After we pick him up, we see we are up charged a ton for his surgery I asked him what this was about and they said it was for his preventative other surgery To keep him from swelling My dog was butchered From his tail to his scrotum He was an immense pain bleeding everywhere when he came home his stitch work looked like something off of Frankenstein. It was horrific. He wound up losing 15 pounds due to not eating for a week For a dog 15 pounds is way too much….. I called the vet to tell him that this was absolutely unacceptable He lets me know that it’s all my fault I do not recommend them whatsoever…. He’s a vet that doesn’t truly care about your fur babies needs just wants the $…

Loved the staff here. I caught a hawk that had been struck by a car and had a broken wing. They gladly accepted this animal and said they would watch it a few days. I don't know the outcome of the poor bird, but appreciate these people for accepting it

Great Staff very Professional. They treat my Service Dog Rowdy and me with Respect. It's good to be treated right especially when you're down $ out. The Vet Dr even educates me. Thanks for being real Logan Martin Vet Clinic.

Very rude on the phone! Tried to make an appointment and instead of telling me they do not do appointments the lady just hung up. I called back thinking I lost connection and she told me they didn't do appointments and hung up again abruptly. Would never take my dog there after that!

Was asked to clean wound before stitching and stapling refused asked to provide enough pain medication for longer time because I’ma trucker and on road and her foot totally smashed from car they provided three days meds won’t clean the wound saying it would thin blood and cause a bleed that was on tenth I’ve changed bandages three times a day trying to help now we’re at end of month out of bandages no way to get to doctor fit totally swollen up may loss the dog I called all the people want to do is argue this is my service dog not that they’d care Thanks a lot folks she will probably die now because of you I stood there through entire surgery asking him to clean wound he even said after finished he didn't do it because he didn't want to cause a bleed today they said they cleaned it! I was holding the dog through whole surgery what a bold faced lie She is still at months end flushing fluids out MoneyCard stop and totally swollen and infected and stinky twenty days later I swear I’d she dies because of this I pray God stops me from seeking restitution cause I trusted this professional with her health and her life and he couldn’t even be bothered to look out for her future healing I will be contacting a lawyer on this
