The clinic's ability to handle potentially "feisty" pets with kindness and ensure a positive outcome for a first visit, as with Max the Airedale terrier, demonstrates their skilled and patient approach to animal handling. The fact that a long-term client would "follow her without hesitation" to her own clinic underscores the deep loyalty and satisfaction she inspires. Their responsive approach to urgent needs, even when not a life-threatening emergency, by accommodating pets between scheduled appointments, also highlights their patient-focused service.

While no specific seasonal discounts or large-scale advertising campaigns are detailed in the provided information, the clinic does offer **discounted services to local area rescue groups**, which is a commendable form of community engagement and promotion of animal welfare. They also accept CareCredit and insurance, making their services more accessible to a wider range of pet owners. The consistent positive testimonials and the fact that clients are willing to follow Dr. Hern indicate a strong word-of-mouth referral network, which is often the most effective form of promotion for a local business. May 07, 2025 · Diana FickelI have been a client of Dr Herns for almost 10yrs. She has always been wonderful with my pets no matter what the situation is. She is also very honest which I respect. Never has she steered me wrong. So glad she made the move to operate her own clinic. Without hesitation I will follow her! All of my fur kids and I appreciate you and your staff!
Dec 14, 2024 · Kimmy KiehborthIt was time to say goodbye to my best girl of 13 years. I recently moved back to Logan and needed a new vet. Logan Animal Clinic got me right away and Dr Hern was wonderful. So kind, caring, and compassionate. The gentleman working the front desk is also great! He was very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them!
Jan 03, 2025 · Echo AndyMy Lucy was losing mobility so the heartbreaking decision was made. I could not have asked for a more caring, and compassionate group than this staff. It ended up taking longer than anticipated since she was quite stubborn as she always had been. I stayed with her the whole time, along with my grandson. If you're needing this service I would highly recommend them.
