Livewell Animal Urgent Care of East Nashville

Livewell is an amazing urgent care facility. The staff is exceptional, kind and thorough. I cannot express how grateful I am for their expertise, flexibility and communication. Their pricing is fair and reasonable (in fact they are competitive with non-urgent care facilities) making it easier for those of us who find urgent care facilities astronomical. The doctors share options and clear information. The entire staff is there to support pet and owner. A huge shout out to Teresa -- thank you for making two very difficult days calmer and softer! To the entire staff, Haynes and I thank you for your exceptional care! Because of you, our little black cat survived and returned home to her family.

I would highly recommend this vet as an after hours or weekend option. Everyone was very friendly from the front desk to the techs to the main vet. The team kept me updated on price and estimated wait time throughout the process. I felt true concern for my pet and I in the visit. The labs (on-site) came back quickly. Price was very reasonable as an after hours vet - not much more than my regular vet. I appreciated the next day check in and the vet’s thorough emailed recap of our visit. I would highly recommend Livewell!

Called first, quick to answer and polite. Parking is adequate on a typical day. Every person I interacted with was nice, they were quick to get my dog in as a first time patient, and the treatment was also fast and efficient. Most importantly, they fill most prescriptions on site, and they have great evening hours. Just as important, the cost was very fair. We actually hope to never go back, but in an emergency we would definitely go here again. Our family highly recommends this animal urgent care office.

Dog had a tear on his left eye that needed stitches. I called our vet and they referred me to living well. They were so great. They told me how much it was going to be. They were very loving with the dog. While he was asleep, she even cleaned his ears and cut his toenails. I can’t say enough they were so professional And so nice. And I feel like the fee was a fair fee. I’m sure if I gone to the animal emergency room it would’ve been double. Great job.

This was the first time I ever had to go to an emergency vet and I didn’t know what to expect. Dr. Samantha was extremely informative about my pets condition and how the treatments will help him. I was nervous that he was going to be emotionally scarred from the experience (he’s a 9 month old kitten) but they treated him extremely well. He was completely calm the next couple days after the event which tells me that they were kind and gentle with him. My little orange Astro says thank you!
