Beautiful experience. We changed our old vet because we didn't trust his diagnosis. He had diagnosed, without any empathy, a cancer in our cat. The doctor was very kind and very attentive. He answered our questions. The study is beautiful, clean, attentive to the needs of the animals. The staff is very courteous and kind. My cat was also comfortable. He had a fleece cover on the counter where he is placed, his name written on a blackboard and the Feliway to help him feel more comfortable. So many small details that make the difference. Professionalism and courtesy in every detail. They also gave us some very useful gadgets. And they also gave us a discount as a first visit. Thank you very much.

I needed a new primary vet for my cat Poppy since moving from Arlington, the staff was wonderful, kind and attentive. The facility was clean, and very welcoming. The pricing also seems very affordable, i took my cat for her annual check up (3 years old), got her 3 year lasting rabies vaccine as well as a dose of her flea and tick prevention all for just over $200. I also liked that they personalized the little chalkboard in her exam room with her name on it- just a nice touch on top of the great experience!

Had to take our cat to Livewell last week due to some urinary issues. Great facilities, great staff. was really pleased with the quality of care and will absolutely be going back. Once we arrived, we were in an exam room and Lexy was already being assessed within just a couple minutes. The nurses and Dr. Hampton are thorough and professional but also very gentle, caring, and affectionate. The communication was fantastic, during the exam itself and also in follow-up communications via email and phone. Dr. Hampton provides very detailed explanations of her thinking - i.e. how her diagnosis ties to symptoms and test results, what are the different treatment options, pluses and minuses of each, and her final recommendation. so you walk away feeling very well-informed and involved in your pet's care, not just following blind instructions. In the days since our visit she has continued to be very accessible and responsive via email. These guys really go above and beyond - it was a vastly better experience than what i'm used to with other animal hospitals in the area. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hampton and her staff are incredibly compassionate, skilled and thorough. I really, truly feel like they care about our two cats, and they have taken such good care of them. 10/10 recommend Livewell for all of your veterinary needs

Dr. Hampton and her team are a plethora of information. I was so impressed with her ability to diagnose my dog’s condition in one visit. I especially loved the transparency of her exam procedures which allowed me to see the sonogram followed by an aspiration procedure. They allowed her to stay with me which they say helps in reducing the stress level and I agree. She was less stressed and more relaxed than I’ve ever seen her in similar situations. I highly recommend Dr.Hampton and her team!
